The Importance Of Becoming A Doctor Never Crossed My Mind
Before college and even after my freshmen year in college, I never valued the importance of helping
other people. Back then, I used to think that no matter how hard we try, there will still be people

It all started with a normal girl. Or as everyone thinks she is normal. Her name is Julie and she has 3
sisters and 2 brothers and of course a mom and dad. One day she asks her mom and dad to take her

I like both the American way and the Chinese way. They both make my life better. When I first got
to America I was about 16 years old. My mom and I were both looking for a better life allowing us
to want to live in America. When we first arrived here we ended up getting an apartment about the

Also, I'm currently working at Rush Hospital as a doctor. Every day I wake up knowing that I'm
doing something in the world that really matters and is life changing. Imagine if you could be the
reason that someone lives another day. When in reality if it wasn't for you they'd be gone right now.
If that's not the best feeling in the world than I don't know what is. Finally, after coming home from
working either a 12, 14, or 16 hour shift, I get to relax in my beachhouse. This is where I mainly
spend my time when I get home. After I'm finished relaxing I then end up making myself dinner due
to the time that I come home. Sometimes I miss coming home early and being able to see their
faces. now when I come home they're always sleeping. However, luckily I get to see them when I'm
off. This all depends on how many total hours I work each day. At the end of the day I'm truly
blessed to have such an amazing job and loving family who will support me no matter what.
I'm now 36 years old and I currently just came home from a children 's hospital. During my free
