• Is it Specific?

• Is it measurable?
• I will be happy in my work
• I will spend at least 50% of the time at activities
in the field, not the office
• Is it achievable?
• I will build a rocket and fly to the moon
• I will map out and begin a staged process to reach
the moon by the end of the decade
