1. Audience survey results
This shows our group that most of the people that answered our survey are
in our target audience and that the information collected by the survey is
relevant to us and to this film. It also shows that there is a wide range of age
groups that have answered this is important because it shows and provides
a variety.

2. The majority of the people who answered are students; this shows that
students are the group that prefers to watch movies, which gives us a
good target demographic. We have decided to aim our movie at students
because this survey suggests that films seem more popular with them.
This section of the survey shows us that the average people watch movies
according to the survey is 3-4 hours a week. This suggests that many
students and teen’s watch a couple of movies per week. This information
suggests that they are very interested in film- making the re opinion on
films valid.

3. This section of the survey shows us that most of the surveys collected where
most interested in the horror genre compared to other genres. It shows that
most people who answered the survey like horror. This result we found
matched related answers like the gender question as more boys answered the
survey, it suggests that theanswersare related to male perspective more.
This graph shows the difference in the number of boys that answered the survey
to the number of girls. We therefore feel that some of our questions could be
answered with a favor to the male opinion and is the reason we have got the
answers like horror or thriller genres.
This result suggests that the horror genre is widely watched. With many members
of family or friends watching the genre also witch suggests it could be a very
popular genre or type of movie. It also suggests that people find horror films
interesting and entertaining.

4. This was our most important question within our survey and something we
feel will help us the most when making our own. We see instantly that the
most appealing features for an audience is the storyline and the suspense
along with shocks and characters. We see this result as very positive opinions
as these features are what we will try and think about when making our film.
Also we see the least liked feature being gore and I think that relates to earlier
questions like does your family watch horror films because we think they like
certain features of horror films but not the blood and gore parts which is
where many people seem to take a disinterest at.
This was our last question and there was some very good replies back they fit
previous answers. Most of the people who answered would like to see more
storyline in the film also more interesting characters and more interesting sets
and ideas for the films and more suspense and shocks.
