The Important Role of Employee Motivation
Employee motivation Generally, in all companies and other organizations employees play an
important role in their work place. Each company tries to motivate their stuff in order to improve
their working process more effectively and efficiency. It is commonly believed that motivated
workers add their contributecompany to be productive. We are going to point out the best two
motivating ways below. First method – provide a positive working environment First of all, building
job satisfaction starts first via giving a positive work atmosphere for employees. We should find
what motivates people. Also try to find what turns people on. In fact, this is the key of working
process.Encouraging working environment needs some responsibility obligation and providing
employees what needs necessaryfor them in their daily life. We created the brilliant working
atmosphere for our employees in the company. Exactly, employee support centers are spread
tactically in our company. Some of the services take in discount programs, childcare data, and money
orders, postage stamps, checking money and also getting bus. Additionally workers are able to feel

Family : The Important Role Of Family In The Family
If we talk about Christianity point of view Holy bible lays down "Wives submit yourself into your
own husbands as unto the Lord."
"For the husband; is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church and he is the
savior of the body?"
"Therefore, as the Church is subject to Christ, so let the wives to be their husbands in everything."
Family is the initial force of security for human personality and vital characteristic in their survival,
security, health, schooling and growth. Family brings a sense of emotional bonding, socialization
and care. Family values include ideas like: respect for parental authority, stability in marriages,
chastity before and outside marriage and care for the elderly.
The word "family" is often used in connection with a person's ancestry. Most families are based on
kinship. Members belong to the family through birth, marriage, or adoption. Family plays the most
vital role in our daily life and family is the finest thing that you can ever desire for. It's the family
who assists their child in hardships of life and give affection no matter what happens. Human
personality reflects on what his /her family status is and what their families have taught them.

The Important Role Of Patriarchy In The Father Of God
Actor and father Billy Dee Williams once said, "I think I'm a good father. As a parent, you have the
responsibility to create a foundation for your children so that they can meet all the challenges." As
the patriarch of the family God commands them to care for and nurture a child in the way they
should go. Merriam–Webster Dictionary defines the word patriarch as "One of the scriptural fathers
of the human race or of the Hebrew people." When a patriarch completes his fatherly role, he
ensures that his children feel loved and well cared for. If a father does not take care of his children, it
can often lead to hardships for the children as they deal with an absent father. Patriarchy in a family
atmosphere holds significant importance in its everyday role as it can dictate how it affects the rest
of the family.
Men in charge of their home have numerous responsibilities when it comes to guiding their
offspring. Fathers need to encourage their children while still correcting and refining them. One of
the important jobs of the patriarch is to lift others up. 1 Thessalonians 2:11–12 describes a father as
exhorting everyone and encouraging them in their walk with God (ESV). God's command for
patriarchs to encourage a child in the way they should go in a manner worthy of Him remains one of
the top roles of a father. Another significant role of a father is to discipline like it describes in
Proverbs 3:11–12, "My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for

The Important Role Of Literacy In My Life
Literacy History
Literacy has played a very big and important role in my life. Without literacy I would not be able to
read or write and I would not have made it to being a junior in high school. Literacy has been an
important tool in my progression through life. Literacy is everywhere from tv, books, newspapers,
and throughout communities. It helps me being able to do my homework and my school work.
Literacy is learned from a young age, most people learn from their parents. My parents taught me
how to speak and say different words which eventually led to me liking to read at a young age. This
helped me be good at reading and be ahead of some of the other kids in my grade.I learned a lot
from my parents they, started me out on short, easy books that got harder and harder with each level
of the books and this eventually helped me to become a very good reader. In kindergarten, I learned

have helped me become literate and have helped me make it through school. Most of those
experiences were not as good as the experiences I had when I got to choose what books I wanted to
read. My favorite reading experience was when I read the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan
because it kept me interested in the book the whole time with all he action and adventure in it. I am
currently reading a series of books written by Charlie Higson that takes place in London and all the
adults have turned into zombie like creatures and the kids fight everyday for survival as they try to
evolve their tactics as quickly as the zombies are. There are currently eight books in the series and I
have finished four of them. I plan on reading the rest of them because the book is very suspenseful
and full of adventure. Literacy has helped me all throughout high school and it will continue to help

The Important Role Of Dad Analysis
"Your father wasn't there because he couldn't be, my father wasn't there because he chose not to be.
We're going to mourn their absence in different ways."(Moore, 3) said Other Wes and it shows the
difference between two boys of how they grow up. But at the same time the similarity which is
growing without the father, for both of them their father was unable to be physically present in their
life. And it's a big problem not only in this novel but in society as of communication with the father
is one of the important aspects of the formation of the personality of a small person. The correct
position of the father in upbringing helps the child to realize himself as a person, to distance himself
from his mother (in a good way) and learn to live his own, autonomous life. ... Show more content

Gail Gross states: "They (kids) will look for their father's approval in everything they do, and copy
those behaviors that they recognize as both successful and familiar. Thus, if dad was abusive,
controlling, and dominating, those will be the patterns that their sons will imitate and emulate.
However, if the father is loving, kind, supportive, and protective, boys will want to be that." In this
article, the author said that it's important to remember that for the boy the father is the main example
for imitation. The child will always look at the father as a standard of real male behavior. What kind
of attitude should be to the work, things and, of course, to women, all this will largely be determined

The Importance Of An Important Role Within Society
Archivists play an important role within society. Historically, archives were centered on the
preservation of materials (Vassilakaki & Moniarou–Papaconstantinou, (2017). As the centuries
passed, the role of the archivist expanded the schooling necessary to work as an archivist became
more complex, and the field of archival science developed into what it is today. In the scope of
library professions, the number of archivists is still quite small. As of April 2015, there were
approximately 166,200 librarians working in the United States, as of that May, only 5,460 of these
were archivists (Eastwood, 2017). This indicates that the profession is still developing. According to
Jenkinson (1922), the author of the Manual of Archive ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is why there is no clear education path. Usually, a bachelor's degree in the liberal arts is
pursued; however, there is no specific major for the career. It is further recommended to take any pre
LIS or archival courses offered during ones undergraduate education (Vault, 2017). Having
completed a bachelor's degree, one could begin working in the field, however, they would be
severely lacking in the required knowledge to perform well as an archivist. It is most typical to
further pursue a Master's degree in History, Library Science, Political Science, or Public
Administration. In the last decade, it has become common to see both Computer Science and
Information Systems as Masters Degrees (OOH, 2015; Anderson, 2010, 756). As noted by Eastwood
(2017), a master's program specifically dedicated to Archival Science does not exist in the United
States; however, multiple educators in the field seek to have one established (78). Though there are
many options for ones higher education degree, individuals seeking a career in archives typically
pursue a degree in History or LIS because of the significant overlap between the degree and the
professional competencies (Shepherd, 2010, 187). Furthermore, depending on the specific type of
archives one intends to work in, it may be necessary to pursue a dual masters. For example, if one
intends to work in the archives at a historical society, it is necessary to have a History and LIS

An Important Roles Of The River In Siddharth The River
Siddhartha; The river
The river and the ferryman play an important role in Siddhartha. What does the river represent in the
story? Your essay should begin with an introduction that clearly states the thesis you will argue. The
remainder of your essay should analyze at least three pieces of textual evidence in order to show
your reader why you think the river means what you've claimed it means.
The scientific definition of a river states that a river is a natural stream of flowing water in a channel
leading to the sea, a lake, or another river. The world "flow" was used thus showing how a river
moves in a continuous stream. Almost replicating life and how it flows in different directions and
paths until it eventually goes back to where it once was. A river has no start or end and so is life.
Thus I will argue that the flowing river in the story represents the flow of life.
A very important quote in Siddhartha states that, "The river is everywhere at the same time, at the
source and at the mouth...in the ocean and in the mountains, everywhere, and that the present only
exists for it, not the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

would understand this water and its mysteries, so it seemed to him, would also understand many

important point in which he understands now that he must learn from the water in order to uncover
its mysteries. Once he understands the river he realizes that he will be able to uncover everything's
mystery. As mentioned before the river is everywhere all at once thus it makes sense that uncovering
water's mysteries will eventually uncover everything's mysteries. This also applies to life and how

Marriage Is The Most Important Role
Marriage is the most valued human relationship and a central goal in our life. Most people want for
themselves and their children a good and lasting marriage, because marriage plays an important role
in them to find meaning, happiness and fulfillment in life. These presentations provide guidance on
how to achieve a healthy marriage.
Marriage seals our most central destination, that is to find the meaning and value of life and love.
Naturally, marriage has social, economic and biological functions, duties and responsibilities that
are assumed as a couple. Marriage is the most basic and universal, with responsibility for raising
children and caring for family members' social institution. The researchers say: "Literally in every
society studied by historians and anthropologists, one finds the marriage."
Since marriage has its dimensions in the emotional, social and procreative field, a contract in most

traditional cultures, marriage is not matter of individuals, because two family lines come together. In
marriage, people have obligations to the community and to a network of relatives. Marriage also
define the vertical and horizontal position in society.
There is growing evidence that healthy and lasting marriages bring many benefits to the husband,
wife and children. In the USA. 90 % of married couples live to be at least 65 years of age, while

The Important Role Of Obesity In The Twentieth Century
Obesity is a widespread chronic disease affecting adults and children of all ages. A state of obesity
means that the body has an excessive amount of body fat. There are many factors that contribute to
an adult or child being obese. For example, things like genetics, social economic status and one's
surrounding environment can play an important role in potentially becoming obese. Obesity is often
accompanied with many health problems and risks. If taken lightly, quality of life can be adversely
affected. It is important to know that obesity is not permanent and can be prevented or reversed with
good medical judgement and proper care.
According to Nutrition: Concepts & Controversies, "Obesity experts commonly evaluate the health
risks of obesity by way of three indicators" (Sizer & Whitney 327). The first indicator is through the
evaluation of a person's body mass index which measures body mass relative to weight and height.
The next indicator is accomplished through measuring waist circumference which reflects the
degree of visceral and central fat in proportion to total fat. The final indicator is done through
analyzing a person's disease risk profile. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

manage to do it. It was so crazy to me that they had been married for over twenty years and were
still so in love. One time my grandmother and I were cooking dinner and my poppy had gone to the
store to pick up a few things, but when he got back he had more than just a few things. He ended up
buying a new set of dishes for the kitchen and I remember my grandmother just looked at him with

when the ones they had were perfectly fine. He simply answered, "because they were getting dirty,"
while he walked over to give her a hug and kiss. She couldn't help but forgive him instantly for she
knew that he couldn't help it. As I was watching this it reminded me of a cute old married couple. I

telling me that in order to be happy in my marriage the most important thing was to keep God at the
center. Which leads me to my grandparents relationship with God. My grandparents have taken me

The Important Role of Family and Kin
Family and Kin
The use of the term family has many different interpretations depending on the person who is using
the word. When some persons discuss family they are referencing individuals who are linked by
blood ties and or marriage. Blood ties are understood as persons who have immediate identifiable
genetic links. These links are close and reference parents, siblings and other close relations.
Marriage involves social and political exchanges that allow parties who are not linked by blood to
operate as though they are. This entire arrangement of blood links and marital ties are kinship
systems (Burton & Stack 1992). Kinship systems are at times very complex to understand and
explain.
Family and kin form the basic unit around which societies are organized. People live in families and
the members of the family may vary greatly. The family that we are born into is considered our
family of origin. The family of origin is important because it is in this family that we begin to
understand ourselves and the world by extension. The family of origin is a powerful agent of
socialization of the individual. Family of origin may take on many different forms. The family of
origin may be a traditional family. The traditional family is often a nuclear family. In the nuclear
family, parents live with their immediate children. Other individuals have extended families.
Extended families consist of persons who are related by blood. The gender composition of nuclear
families is constantly

Competency Is Important To The Role Of A Rehabilitation...
i. Describe the reasons why the competency is so important to the role of a Rehabilitation
Practitioner.
The reasons why the competency of "Listening" is so important to the role of a Rehabilitation
Practitioner is because it helps the person seeking assistance feel like their concerns are valid, that
somebody cares enough to help them and it aids the process of rapport building between the
caregiver and the person seeking help. When the caregiver gives the person their full attention it
helps to build trust and allows the person to express their feelings more freely, helping the recovery
process by allowing the necessary information to be exposed so that a possible care plan can be
created with the individual's help. Active and empathetic listening by the counselor helps the person
feel appreciated and respected.
ii. The factors that enable the counselor to listen effectively are:
Give the person your undivided attention. Turn off the cell phone, find a quiet room with no
distractions and reassure the person, your only focus is them for the period of the discussion or
meeting. (Lifehack, 2017)
Provide appropriate feedback, repeat and paraphrase important points from the person's conversation
back to them, asking the person questions such as what I am hearing you say is....? or sounds like

the marketing as "Marketing is the activity, set of institution, and procedures for creating,

Interpersonal Relationship : A Important Role
Interpersonal relationship plays a very important role. Exchanging words and information with one
another will help better a relationship. Having a whole lot of buildup can result in constant
arguments, not letting one another know if there's a problem or letting them know how they feel
about a certain thing. That's where the trust and honesty start to deteriorate, and when
communication goes wrong. Listening to one another and letting each other know how they feel will
prevent that from deteriorating, and that's when trust and honesty start to come back up. If there's a
continuation there's no way of the relationship growing. Trust and honesty must be mutual with each
other to sustain the relationship. When the relationship starts to deteriorate there are clear signs of
when it does. One will get bored with the other, start drifting away, dissatisfied, not happy, etc. You
will notice all the common signs, basically how things use to be are not in action anymore.
Sometimes you can or cannot save a relationship, depending on both if they are willing to work it
out and focus on the main concern. As in the relationship it cannot just go one way it must go both,
there must be two people involved not just one, if it's only going one way the feeling isn't mutual
and there's not much you can do about it if the other person isn't willing to work on the relationship.

The Important Role Of Electron In Cellular Respiration
Energy production is an extremely important cellular task. Failure to produce enough energy in the
form of ATP can result in fatigue. But the production of energy cannot be done without electron.
Electron plays an important rod in this process. How does it happen? This happens through the
process called cellular respiration.
"Cellular respiration is a biological process in which organic compounds are converted into energy.
During cellular respiration, oxygen reacts with an organic compound to produce carbon dioxide,
water, and energy." (Redox Reactions & Electron Carriers in Cellular Respiration, Chapter 11 /

That means that during cellular respiration, some molecules in our cellular respiration chemical
reaction will be oxidized and some will be reduced.
What exactly does that mean? Molecule that is oxidized loses electrons, and a molecule that is
reduced gains electrons. How is a redox reaction going to help make ATP?
There's a lot of energy stored in the bonds between the carbon and hydrogen atoms in glucose.
During cellular respiration, redox reactions basically transfer this bond energy in the form of
electrons from glucose to molecules called electron carriers. So an electron carrier is basically a
molecule that transports electrons during cellular respiration. By using electron carriers, energy
harvested from glucose can be temporarily stored until the cell can convert the energy into ATP.
NAD+ and NADH
Two molecules that serve this role are NAD and FAD. NAD stands for nicotinamide adenine
dinucleotide. It is one of the major energy carriers during cellular respiration.

Communication plays an important role for everyone not only in the sense of interacting but also in
expressing thoughts, opinions, feelings and ideas to have a better understanding to one another.
Lamb, Hair & McDaniel (2014, p.272) define communication as "the process by which meanings
are exchanged as shared through a common set of symbols". It is very important and helpful for
everyone especially that people are living now in different places; interacting with different people
from the diverse community. Despite individual's difference in culture and language they still have
their own ability to find ways to communicate to each other; to tell their opinions and to express
their feelings. This essay shows the interaction happening between different people with a diverse
background, culture and language in a busy place like a shopping center.
People are making interaction in different people every day. In a place like shopping center it is
common to see different people from different places. Most of them are locals buying their needs
and some of them are individuals from different places and countries having their vacation. People
from diverse country have their own background and not all of them can easily communicate or
understand the main language most of the people are using for the reason they are not use to speak
that kind of language. According to Peltokorpi & Clausen (2011) in foreign country, lack of shared
language and cultural difference of people create a

Gender Roles And Gender Issues As Important In The Workplace
Are gender issues as important as the media makes them to be, or is it as pointless as arguing over
the correct pronunciation of tomato or tomatoes so to speak. While we can agree gender
discrimination is not something to joke about, but is it that prevalent in today's society? Is enforcing
gender roles as damaging as experts argue? Finally the "issue" of gender identity, is it important at
all? Is gender identity a more complex form of gender roles? What is the difference between
someone deciding to wear the opposite gender's clothes and identity as the opposite gender? Gender
discrimination is the only real gender issue, while it is not as prevalent today it is still important.
Gender roles and gender identity are not as prevalent as the media paints them to be, the idea of
gender is an over analyzed human conception and has no real importance.
Worldwide, most countries recognize that equal rights should exist between men and women. Many
have produced regulations intended to fight discrimination and programs granting women access to
health, education, and economic rights such as land ownership. However, the fact remains that
women have fewer opportunities than men to benefit from economic development, with lower
participation in the labor force (Johnson). While the principle of gender equity in the workplace is
generally accepted, discriminatory practices persist in many organizations despite regulations to the
contrary. It is important to create an open and friendly

The Important Roles Of The American Revolution
The creation of the new nation, the United States, was triggered by new conflicts among the British
government, the North American colonists, and American Indians because of Britain's victory over
France in the French and Indian War. Although Britain's victory in the French and Indian War,
Britain was broke so they enforced the Sugar Act on the colonist. The Sugar Act enforced duties on
foreign refined sugar imported by the colonies. Colonist saw this act as a conflict and started
smuggling. So then the Stamp Act was passed to help pay for British troops stationed in the colonies
during the Seven Years' War. The stamp act imposed a stamp duty on newspapers and legal and

The Tokugawa Shogunate: An Important Role In Japan
Japan has an extensive history, beginning with the first humans arriving around 35,000 B.C.E. The
location of Japan has played an important role in the country's development. Although the
archipelago is situated near the mainland, there is still a significant amount of open sea, which
divides the two landmasses. Throughout most of Japan's history, it has been shut off from the
outside world, neglecting to open its borders to foreigners. The sakoku policy, Sakoku meaning
"locked country", was established in 1633 by the Tokugawa Shogunate, it prevented outsiders from
entering Japan on a punishment of death. The policy also prevented Japanese from leaving Japan.

In 1600 during the Azuchi–Momoyama period, Tokugawa Leyasu moved to reunify the country and

Tokyo. Under the Tokugawa Shogunate the Edo period was a time of stability for the Japanese
people, but there was little or no development when compared to other nations in the rest of the
world during the same period, setting it apart from western settlements. From 1852–1854,
Commodore Matthew Perry arranged a trade agreement between Japan and the United States. The
government at Tokyo was forced to agree to the demands of the United States as they were
intimidated by the technologically advanced and heavily armed fleet of steam ships under the
command of Commodore Perry. The ships in Perry's fleet are now known in Japan as the "Black

Gender Roles Are Harmful And How Important It Is
Gender roles govern the way that most of the world's population interact with one another. Many
African cultures uphold deeply patriarchal gender roles which dictate how women and men interact
with one another. Chimimanda Ngozi Adichie, a staunch feminist, gives readers a look into Nigerian
gender roles in her short story Birdsong. Her writing in Birdsong and her TEDtalks explore and
expose how these gender roles are harmful and how important it is for many stories of young
women of color to be heard. Birdsong is centered on a young woman working in Lagos, Nigeria.
She is one of few women working in her office and she differs from them greatly. While her
coworkers are overly religious and focused on finding husbands, she rebels against these norms and
begins an affair with a married man. The theme of marriage is obviously a topic that Adichie deems
important to the perpetuation of patriarchy in Nigerian society. In her 2012 TEDtalk title "We
Should All Be feminists", Adichie says "Because I am female, I am expected to aspire to marriage. I
am expected to make my life choices always keeping in mind that marriage is the most important.
Now, marriage can be a good thing. It can be a source of joy and love and mutual support, but why
do we teach girls to aspire to marriage and we don't teach boys the same?" (Adichie 2013)
Throughout the story we see the protagonist struggle with the gender roles placed upon her by her
society; specifically the role she is supposed to play as

The Important Role of the Rivers in Russia Essay
Rivers had been playing an important role in the life of Russian cities since olden times. It served as
the main transport and trade routes, sources of water and food for the population. Novgorod got a
worldwide reputation as a center of medieval trade precisely because of the Volkhov River, which
was an important link in trade route "from the Varangians to the Greeks". This historical era of

The Important Role Of Bureaucracy In The United States
I strongly believe that the bureaucracy is the real government. We the people just have a person in
office claiming to get things done. While congress passes laws, it would be somewhat impossible for
congress to make all the decisions that have to be made to translate the laws into action or to make
policies and choose actions on how the laws are to be carried out and enforced. So, then it looks like
bureaucrats run our country. Bureaucrats serve an important role by working with interest groups to
help get legislation presented to congressional subcommittees. Now with bureaucrats they all come
together from different agencies to form government policies. We Americans still have no clue as to

Food plays an important role in our daily life. Without food, we cannot survive. Food gives us all
the required nutrients that our body needs in order to perform activities in our daily life. People
usually find it difficult when choosing the right and effective diet for themselves. Its easy to get
overwhelmed with all the dieting advice you get. Do you have to try out every type of diets without
obtaining any result? Some people are unaware about how to have a proper diet and with those
misleading advice, they may have to stop consuming the food they love, cutting down some portions
and calories. Some people do survive this, nevertheless majority of people find it restrictive. In order
to have a proper diet, the below information will give an idea about how nutrients plays a significant
role in a proper diet. What helps the people to get a proper diet are the three types of diets involved,
which are divided into three categories; balanced diet, diabetic diet and fitness diet. One of the three
main types of diets is the balanced diet. Many people talk about a balanced diet, but the question
that pops up in their mind is " What exactly is a balanced diet?". Basically its means "getting a wide

Competition And Predation Play An Important Role
Coexistence has been happening among many species since the beginning of time throughout
nature. The way species exist is of great complexity as many factors such as: competition and
predation play an important role (Chase et al. 2002; Holt 1984; Paine 1966). Ecosystems,
communities and populations all face competition between their species. Studies are constantly
being done to show how different species survive together or die trying and what is it that they are
fighting to survive over. Different habitats, predator, prey, and so many other factors play a role in
the survival of species like protists. Many laboratory studies have been done on two protists,

The prey will go slam down on the ground in seconds and be devoured in minutes by the lion. The
lion is allelopathy at its best because there is competition over survival and territory with animals of
this nature. Territory can be a limited resource depending on the time of year and the environment as
a whole, trees and brush being chopped down pose a problem when it comes to sneaking up on prey.
Gause started experimenting on protists to observe their development and observe their survival
ability together (Gause). Paramecium can be found in many places: wet areas like lakes and rivers or
dry areas such as those of trees and soil. Gause set out to experiment with Paramecium aurelia and
Paramecium caudatum to determine if they fit the competitive exclusion theory that he came up with
(Gause 1935). The class was given both parameciums to experiment with for the validity of
coexistence. The competitive exclusion theory begs the question, can two species coexist together
over a resource or will one of them be driven to extinction? Gause may have been the leader to start
the protists experiment but he wasn't the only one to question competition. Gill had questioned
Gause's theory and decided to do his own research. Gill experimented on two species pure and
mixed cultures of Paramecium aurelia. After experimenting Gill discovered that Paramecium aurelia
did not match up to Gause's theory and did not compete over a limited resource instead

The Important Role of Communication in an Organization
Communication plays an important role in an organization. Communicate process is the process of
transferring information and meaning from a senders to a receivers in an understandable manner.
Major issue is an effective communication. The business may grow slowly and the instruction
cannot complete if there is no communication between all levels of the business. So, communication
is important in personal life and business world, because it is essential to the successful operation of
the modern business. Hence, businessman needs to understand and have good communication skill
to achieve the company's goals.
First and foremost, Kellogg's use different types of media to promote their messages such as letter,
advertising, and leaflet. Besides, Kellogg's attempt to make an appropriate vocabulary, so that
customers can understand easily and catch the customer's attention. In order for communication to
be effective, there should be encoding, message or media, decoding, receiver, response and
feedback. Meanwhile, sender and receiver are part of the factors in the communication process. The
role of the sender through this process is passing the information to the receiver whereas the receiver
needs to interpret the message get from the sender.
All communication process begins with the sender. The sender is an individual, group, or
organization who initiated the message. The first step in the communication process is called
encoding. Encoding is the process involves translating an

Macbeth: The Most Important Roles Of A Leader
If you ask different people what their morals are, all their answers would be different. That is due to
the fact that everybody has different beliefs on what they think is acceptable and unacceptable to do.
Some people have lots of morals and some people have no morals. The most important people to
have morals are leaders. Leaders should have morals because they will lose tons more than morality
in the end, they need to think about the people they are leading, and because when you do what is
right you have a clean conscience.
When you are a leader, everything you do will be seen by millions around the world. A bunch of
times when a person does something wrong, they get punished for that mistake. When a leader
makes atrocious decisions, it is even worse for them. When they go against their morals, they lose
parts of themselves such as respect, honor, and dignity. In Macbeth, it never crossed his mind to
check if anything he did went against his morality. All he cared about was power. He went on day by
day, not caring of the consequences that he thought would not catch up with him. He killed people in

One essential aspect of being a leader is to always be truthful and to give them your respect. When a
leader does this, they gain the trust and respect of the people they influence. Without having morals,
there would not be a crucial element of any trust or respect. It would be harder to lead people that do
not like you, or that do not even trust and respect you. Another huge aspect of this is that you
influence the people that you lead. If they see that you are not honest or humble, they will most
likely follow your poor conduct. As they say "Great leaders inspire greatness in others". If leaders
really cared about their followers, they would not want them doing anything wrong. If you are a

Family Is An Important Role Of My Family
Family plays an important role in every society. It is the main structure that made up a good society.
Samovar, Porter & McDaniel (2015) write, "families are instrumental in teaching young people
about their identities, how they fit into their culture, and where to find security" (p.73). Family is the
first school in one's life. In the early stages of our life, we learn how to eat, speak, communicate, and
behave from our family, consciously and unconsciously we imitate our parents. In my religion
(Islam) there is a great deal of attention to the importance of marriage and making family. Prophet
Mohammad said, "The best of you is the best to his family and I am the best amongst you to my
family". Moreover, Islam assign a role to each member of the family, as parents take care of their
children and the children should respect and obey their mother and father. I totally agree with
Samovar, Porter & McDaniel (2015) when they mentioned that "the three most influential social
organizations are (1) family, (2) state, and (3) religion" (p.70). For me, I believe that my family
shapes most of my identity.
In my country (Saudi Arabia), most families are large and extended. Personally, I have 3 brothers
and 4 sisters. I grow up in an educated family. My mom was an elementary school teacher. I still
remember my mom's classroom and I still remember how she prepared her lessons and the tools that
she used in the class. During that time, I liked how the students love and respect her. I

first history class that I learn there is a lot more to it. I learned in that class one of the most important
duties you have as an American Citizen is voting. I never felt like my vote matter so I always stayed
clear of voting polls, my instructor informed me every vote courts and I was letting down all the
people who gave their life so I would have the right to vote. Another duty of an American Citizen is

Honeybees : The Important Roles Of Honey Bees
Honey bees perform many task such as pollination and honey making. "Honey bees are a crucial
part of our food chain. As they gather nectar from flowers to make sweet honey, these bees also play
an important role in pollination, helping some plants produce fruit. But large numbers of honeybees
are disappearing every year." Honey bees pollinate flowers, while they do so they also gather nectar
from the flowers/tree, they will later use this nectar to make sweet all natural honey. Honey bees
help America in many ways, one way is may helping to grow crops. "Honey bee pollination helps
grow almost one–third of all our food!" Without honey bees it would be difficult to really have a
thriving garden or orchard, because without pollination the trees will not produce as quickly or as
full. When handling honey bees you should wear proper equipment to ensure safety, and to help
prevent serious stings. "Beekeepers wear special clothing to protect themselves from stinging honey
bees." Beekeepers wear special suits that prevent the stinger from breaking the cloth and making it
to the skin. The suits come with gloves and a mask that has a aluminium face protector on it. "The
pheromones of the honey bee are mixtures of chemical substances released by individual bees into
the hive or environment that cause changes in the physiology and behaviour of other bees." When
bees sting a victim they let off pheromones that tell the other bees to come out and sting the same
victim. When handling bees it is critical to wear a suit, without one you can be severely hurt and
even killed. Honeybees struggle some years more than others due to harmful insects and pesticides
sprayed by local farmers. For example, "Mites suck the blood from the bees and they can eventually
kill the bees, they are members of the tick family." Mites are small bugs that attach themselves to the
bee and sucks the bees blood. Considering honey bees are small insects, the mite can kill the bee
after so long of being attached. Pesticides are also a big problem for honey bees, pesticides infect
the bee and can kill an entire hive. "Pesticides are used to kill off unwanted vegetation but the
pesticides are also killing the bees." When people spray to

The Important Role Of Intentions And Outcomes
The Important Role of Intentions and Outcomes in Euthanasia "I don't want to die, I'm not suicidal; I
just simply cannot go on living this way anymore." As a hospice volunteer I have seen every
psychological stage of the dying. It's hard to watch someone go through the emotional rollercoaster
that accompanies the knowledge of imminent death. Mary was one of my residents for over 6
months, when she first arrived at the inpatient unit it seemed as if she had nothing wrong with her.
In the early months I would sit with her and talk about her life, read books with her, and
occasionally play a game of cards. She confided in me intimate details of her life, and I looked

Active euthanasia is the act of giving the means to a terminally ill patient to cause their death.
Whereas, passive euthanasia is the withdrawal of treatment, or the failure to treat with the intention
of causing the patient's death. I believe that there is no moral difference between assisting someone
to die on their own terms, and not allowing for interventions to take place in order to sustain the life
of a person. In both of these cases the patient in question made the autonomous decision to not
continue with their life in this way. The outcome is the same in both scenarios. In each of these a
person is relieved of their suffering, through a means of death. The person assisting in reaching this
outcome had the pure intention of respecting the patient's wishes in both cases. The result of death
for these patients is a more favorable outcome than any form of prolonged life.
The importance in determining the lack of distinction lies in intentions. For instance say a doctor is
very tired and simply wants to go home, but a person with a severe gunshot wound comes to him
and is bleeding profusely. The doctor knows that surgery to repair this injury will take a very long
time, and he is not even sure that it will work. Instead of treating this patient the doctor lets the man
bleed to death in a

The Important Role Of Call The Midwife Essay
The Important Role of Call the Midwife Call the Midwife fills that need we have to see how poor
people live and also serve them. These midwifes spend their time serving members of the
community no matter the problems that arise and we don't often recognize that effort. These women
as we talked about in class also often don't have people supporting them and they are taken
advantage of, so seeing them be cared for in such a supportive way is amazing. The emotional bond
that the show thrives on is vital because people don't always make connections with facts and tables
but hearing stories of a young girl in a workhouse or having to give up their child because they were
unwed and forced into prostitution, makes it real. I started watching the show a couple years ago and
while it may not be the perfect solution to learning about this time and place compared to history
texts and the like because it is a TV drama after all. But seeing the people interacting or even
learning about how a woman's body works during pregnancy and childbirth is so important. So
many things they do in the show or in Jennifer Worth's books have never occurred to be before I
started watching and reading because poverty and pregnancy isn't really talked about. We haven't
escaped that woman's world being separate from the rest of the work and seeing how these people
and especially women lived is important.
The poverty and abuse with no relent that many of these women go through is shocking and eye
opening.

  • 11. The Important Role Of Patriarchy In The Father Of God Actor and father Billy Dee Williams once said, "I think I'm a good father. As a parent, you have the responsibility to create a foundation for your children so that they can meet all the challenges." As the patriarch of the family God commands them to care for and nurture a child in the way they should go. Merriam–Webster Dictionary defines the word patriarch as "One of the scriptural fathers of the human race or of the Hebrew people." When a patriarch completes his fatherly role, he ensures that his children feel loved and well cared for. If a father does not take care of his children, it can often lead to hardships for the children as they deal with an absent father. Patriarchy in a family atmosphere holds significant importance in its everyday role as it can dictate how it affects the rest of the family. Men in charge of their home have numerous responsibilities when it comes to guiding their offspring. Fathers need to encourage their children while still correcting and refining them. One of the important jobs of the patriarch is to lift others up. 1 Thessalonians 2:11–12 describes a father as exhorting everyone and encouraging them in their walk with God (ESV). God's command for patriarchs to encourage a child in the way they should go in a manner worthy of Him remains one of the top roles of a father. Another significant role of a father is to discipline like it describes in Proverbs 3:11–12, "My son, do not despise the Lord's discipline or be weary of his reproof, for ... Without literacy I would not be able to read or write and I would not have made it to being a junior in high school. Literacy has been an important tool in my progression through life. Literacy is everywhere from tv, books, newspapers, and throughout communities. It helps me being able to do my homework and my school work. Literacy is learned from a young age, most people learn from their parents. My parents taught me how to speak and say different words which eventually led to me liking to read at a young age. This helped me be good at reading and be ahead of some of the other kids in my grade.I learned a lot from my parents they, started me out on short, easy books that got harder and harder with each level of the books and this eventually helped me to become a very good reader. In kindergarten, I learned about literacy for ... • 15. The Important Role Of Dad Analysis "Your father wasn't there because he couldn't be, my father wasn't there because he chose not to be. We're going to mourn their absence in different ways."(Moore, 3) said Other Wes and it shows the difference between two boys of how they grow up. But at the same time the similarity which is growing without the father, for both of them their father was unable to be physically present in their life. And it's a big problem not only in this novel but in society as of communication with the father is one of the important aspects of the formation of the personality of a small person. The correct position of the father in upbringing helps the child to realize himself as a person, to distance himself from his mother (in a good way) and learn to live his own, autonomous life. ... However, if the father is loving, kind, supportive, and protective, boys will want to be that." In this article, the author said that it's important to remember that for the boy the father is the main example for imitation. • 17. The Importance Of An Important Role Within Society Archivists play an important role within society. Historically, archives were centered on the preservation of materials (Vassilakaki & Moniarou–Papaconstantinou, (2017). As the centuries passed, the role of the archivist expanded the schooling necessary to work as an archivist became more complex, and the field of archival science developed into what it is today. In the scope of library professions, the number of archivists is still quite small. As of April 2015, there were approximately 166,200 librarians working in the United States, as of that May, only 5,460 of these were archivists (Eastwood, 2017). This indicates that the profession is still developing. According to Jenkinson (1922), the author of the Manual of Archive ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... It is further recommended to take any pre LIS or archival courses offered during ones undergraduate education (Vault, 2017). Having completed a bachelor's degree, one could begin working in the field, however, they would be severely lacking in the required knowledge to perform well as an archivist. It is most typical to further pursue a Master's degree in History, Library Science, Political Science, or Public Administration. In the last decade, it has become common to see both Computer Science and Information Systems as Masters Degrees (OOH, 2015; Anderson, 2010, 756). As noted by Eastwood (2017), a master's program specifically dedicated to Archival Science does not exist in the United States; however, multiple educators in the field seek to have one established (78). Though there are many options for ones higher education degree, individuals seeking a career in archives typically pursue a degree in History or LIS because of the significant overlap between the degree and the professional competencies (Shepherd, 2010, 187). • 19. An Important Roles Of The River In Siddharth The River Siddhartha; The river The river and the ferryman play an important role in Siddhartha. What does the river represent in the story? Your essay should begin with an introduction that clearly states the thesis you will argue. The remainder of your essay should analyze at least three pieces of textual evidence in order to show your reader why you think the river means what you've claimed it means. The scientific definition of a river states that a river is a natural stream of flowing water in a channel leading to the sea, a lake, or another river. The world "flow" was used thus showing how a river moves in a continuous stream. Almost replicating life and how it flows in different directions and paths until it eventually goes back to where it once was. A river has no start or end and so is life. Thus I will argue that the flowing river in the story represents the flow of life. A very important quote in Siddhartha states that, "The river is everywhere at the same time, at the source and at the mouth...in the ocean and in the mountains, everywhere, and that the present only exists for it, not the ... Here Siddhartha makes an important point in which he understands now that he must learn from the water in order to uncover its mysteries. Once he understands the river he realizes that he will be able to uncover everything's mystery. As mentioned before the river is everywhere all at once thus it makes sense that uncovering water's mysteries will eventually uncover everything's mysteries. These presentations provide guidance on how to achieve a healthy marriage. Marriage seals our most central destination, that is to find the meaning and value of life and love. Naturally, marriage has social, economic and biological functions, duties and responsibilities that are assumed as a couple. A state of obesity means that the body has an excessive amount of body fat. There are many factors that contribute to an adult or child being obese. For example, things like genetics, social economic status and one's surrounding environment can play an important role in potentially becoming obese. Obesity is often accompanied with many health problems and risks. If taken lightly, quality of life can be adversely affected. It is important to know that obesity is not permanent and can be prevented or reversed with good medical judgement and proper care. According to Nutrition: Concepts & Controversies, "Obesity experts commonly evaluate the health risks of obesity by way of three indicators" (Sizer & Whitney 327). The first indicator is through the evaluation of a person's body mass index which measures body mass relative to weight and height. One time my grandmother and I were cooking dinner and my poppy had gone to the store to pick up a few things, but when he got back he had more than just a few things. He ended up buying a new set of dishes for the kitchen and I remember my grandmother just looked at him with this face and he immediately knew that he was in trouble. She asked him why he bought new dishes when the ones they had were perfectly fine. He simply answered, "because they were getting dirty," while he walked over to give her a hug and kiss. She couldn't help but forgive him instantly for she knew that he couldn't help it. As I was watching this it reminded me of a cute old married couple. • 27. The Important Role of Family and Kin Family and Kin The use of the term family has many different interpretations depending on the person who is using the word. When some persons discuss family they are referencing individuals who are linked by blood ties and or marriage. Blood ties are understood as persons who have immediate identifiable genetic links. These links are close and reference parents, siblings and other close relations. Marriage involves social and political exchanges that allow parties who are not linked by blood to operate as though they are. This entire arrangement of blood links and marital ties are kinship systems (Burton & Stack 1992). Kinship systems are at times very complex to understand and explain. Family and kin form the basic unit around which societies are organized. People live in families and the members of the family may vary greatly. The family that we are born into is considered our family of origin. The family of origin is important because it is in this family that we begin to understand ourselves and the world by extension. The family of origin is a powerful agent of socialization of the individual. Family of origin may take on many different forms. The family of origin may be a traditional family. The traditional family is often a nuclear family. In the nuclear family, parents live with their immediate children. Other individuals have extended families. • 41. Interpersonal Relationship : A Important Role Interpersonal relationship plays a very important role. Exchanging words and information with one another will help better a relationship. Having a whole lot of buildup can result in constant arguments, not letting one another know if there's a problem or letting them know how they feel about a certain thing. That's where the trust and honesty start to deteriorate, and when communication goes wrong. Listening to one another and letting each other know how they feel will prevent that from deteriorating, and that's when trust and honesty start to come back up. If there's a continuation there's no way of the relationship growing. Trust and honesty must be mutual with each other to sustain the relationship. When the relationship starts to deteriorate there are clear signs of when it does. One will get bored with the other, start drifting away, dissatisfied, not happy, etc. You will notice all the common signs, basically how things use to be are not in action anymore. Sometimes you can or cannot save a relationship, depending on both if they are willing to work it out and focus on the main concern. As in the relationship it cannot just go one way it must go both, there must be two people involved not just one, if it's only going one way the feeling isn't mutual and there's not much you can do about it if the other person isn't willing to work on the relationship. But the production of energy cannot be done without electron. Electron plays an important rod in this process. How does it happen? This happens through the process called cellular respiration. "Cellular respiration is a biological process in which organic compounds are converted into energy. During cellular respiration, oxygen reacts with an organic compound to produce carbon dioxide, water, and energy." So ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... That means that during cellular respiration, some molecules in our cellular respiration chemical reaction will be oxidized and some will be reduced. What exactly does that mean? Molecule that is oxidized loses electrons, and a molecule that is reduced gains electrons. How is a redox reaction going to help make ATP? There's a lot of energy stored in the bonds between the carbon and hydrogen atoms in glucose. During cellular respiration, redox reactions basically transfer this bond energy in the form of electrons from glucose to molecules called electron carriers. So an electron carrier is basically a molecule that transports electrons during cellular respiration. By using electron carriers, energy harvested from glucose can be temporarily stored until the cell can convert the energy into ATP. NAD+ and NADH Two molecules that serve this role are NAD and FAD. NAD stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It is one of the major energy carriers during cellular respiration. Many African cultures uphold deeply patriarchal gender roles which dictate how women and men interact with one another. Chimimanda Ngozi Adichie, a staunch feminist, gives readers a look into Nigerian gender roles in her short story Birdsong. Her writing in Birdsong and her TEDtalks explore and expose how these gender roles are harmful and how important it is for many stories of young women of color to be heard. Birdsong is centered on a young woman working in Lagos, Nigeria. She is one of few women working in her office and she differs from them greatly. While her coworkers are overly religious and focused on finding husbands, she rebels against these norms and begins an affair with a married man. The theme of marriage is obviously a topic that Adichie deems important to the perpetuation of patriarchy in Nigerian society. In her 2012 TEDtalk title "We Should All Be feminists", Adichie says "Because I am female, I am expected to aspire to marriage. I am expected to make my life choices always keeping in mind that marriage is the most important. Now, marriage can be a good thing. It can be a source of joy and love and mutual support, but why do we teach girls to aspire to marriage and we don't teach boys the same?" Gause started experimenting on protists to observe their development and observe their survival ability together (Gause). Samovar, Porter & McDaniel (2015) write, "families are instrumental in teaching young people about their identities, how they fit into their culture, and where to find security" (p.73). Family is the first school in one's life. In the early stages of our life, we learn how to eat, speak, communicate, and behave from our family, consciously and unconsciously we imitate our parents. In my religion (Islam) there is a great deal of attention to the importance of marriage and making family. Prophet Mohammad said, "The best of you is the best to his family and I am the best amongst you to my family". Moreover, Islam assign a role to each member of the family, as parents take care of their children and the children should respect and obey their mother and father. I totally agree with Samovar, Porter & McDaniel (2015) when they mentioned that "the three most influential social organizations are (1) family, (2) state, and (3) religion" (p.70). As they gather nectar from flowers to make sweet honey, these bees also play an important role in pollination, helping some plants produce fruit. But large numbers of honeybees are disappearing every year." Honey bees pollinate flowers, while they do so they also gather nectar from the flowers/tree, they will later use this nectar to make sweet all natural honey. Honey bees help America in many ways, one way is may helping to grow crops. "Honey bee pollination helps grow almost one–third of all our food!" Without honey bees it would be difficult to really have a thriving garden or orchard, because without pollination the trees will not produce as quickly or as full. When handling honey bees you should wear proper equipment to ensure safety, and to help prevent serious stings. "Beekeepers wear special clothing to protect themselves from stinging honey bees." Beekeepers wear special suits that prevent the stinger from breaking the cloth and making it to the skin. The suits come with gloves and a mask that has a aluminium face protector on it. "The pheromones of the honey bee are mixtures of chemical substances released by individual bees into the hive or environment that cause changes in the physiology and behaviour of other bees." When bees sting a victim they let off pheromones that tell the other bees to come out and sting the same victim. When handling bees it is critical to wear a suit, without one you can be severely hurt and even killed. As a hospice volunteer I have seen every psychological stage of the dying. It's hard to watch someone go through the emotional rollercoaster that accompanies the knowledge of imminent death. Mary was one of my residents for over 6 months, when she first arrived at the inpatient unit it seemed as if she had nothing wrong with her. In the early months I would sit with her and talk about her life, read books with her, and occasionally play a game of cards. She confided in me intimate details of her life, and I looked forward to visiting with her every week. Around the 4th month ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Active euthanasia is the act of giving the means to a terminally ill patient to cause their death. Whereas, passive euthanasia is the withdrawal of treatment, or the failure to treat with the intention of causing the patient's death. I believe that there is no moral difference between assisting someone to die on their own terms, and not allowing for interventions to take place in order to sustain the life of a person. In both of these cases the patient in question made the autonomous decision to not continue with their life in this way. The outcome is the same in both scenarios. In each of these a person is relieved of their suffering, through a means of death. The person assisting in reaching this outcome had the pure intention of respecting the patient's wishes in both cases. The result of death for these patients is a more favorable outcome than any form of prolonged life. The importance in determining the lack of distinction lies in intentions. • 78. The Important Role Of Call The Midwife Essay The Important Role of Call the Midwife Call the Midwife fills that need we have to see how poor people live and also serve them. These midwifes spend their time serving members of the community no matter the problems that arise and we don't often recognize that effort. These women as we talked about in class also often don't have people supporting them and they are taken advantage of, so seeing them be cared for in such a supportive way is amazing. The emotional bond that the show thrives on is vital because people don't always make connections with facts and tables but hearing stories of a young girl in a workhouse or having to give up their child because they were unwed and forced into prostitution, makes it real. I started watching the show a couple years ago and while it may not be the perfect solution to learning about this time and place compared to history texts and the like because it is a TV drama after all. But seeing the people interacting or even learning about how a woman's body works during pregnancy and childbirth is so important. So many things they do in the show or in Jennifer Worth's books have never occurred to be before I started watching and reading because poverty and pregnancy isn't really talked about. We haven't escaped that woman's world being separate from the rest of the work and seeing how these people and especially women lived is important. The poverty and abuse with no relent that many of these women go through is shocking and eye opening. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
