                          Action Plan Template

Goal: My goal is to determine how effective a positive, collaborative
relationship among Reading special education and general
education teachers in 4th grade has on student achievement for
special education students in an inclusion classroom.

Objectives: I would like this study to encourage teachers to move
away from being territorial in their classrooms, and form
collaborative relationships with special education teachers so that
special education students are benefiting from the inclusion setting
that is mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act
(IDEA).
