Review data that supports other SWAS settings. Review progress of other campuses that house a SWAS.  District Curriculum & Instruction Personnel, Counselors – district & campus level, make contact with other campuses that house a SWAS.  September – October 2009Journals, articles that support successful SWAS, visits to other campuses, discussion with administration that have implemented successful SWAS’s. Data that supports this plan, visits to other campuses that have a successful SWAS.  Review at least 2 other programs.2.  Create handbook for SWAS and application for students to apply to school.Principal (district level) that will oversee all three SWAS campuses, input from campus counselors/administrationNovember 2009 – February 2010Handbooks/Applications from other schools (with permission), Application from previous alternative school campus.Approval of documents from district C & I, campus counseling and administration departments.3.
