Research Paper On Track And Field
Track and Field is a True Athlete's Sport Track and field is an ancient Olympic game which began in
776 B.C. There are various events in this sport, track and field. There are also a number of track
events, as well as field events. All events require the use of energy and concentration, especially the
use of techniques and with these three elements, one shall succeed. In track and field, it's mandatory
to take note of the stadium due to the various markings. So therefore, track and field is a true
athlete's sport, due to its many components and elements. There are six different track events. Track
events vary from sprints, middle distance, long distance, relays, as well as walks. Sprints require the
usage of the starting blocks. The starting blocks are head starts to give each runner a fair start and
they've been used since 1937. Sprints are run as far as 800m, and only 500m are run in lanes.

All events require the use of energy, especially since all events contain many components. In the
game of track and field, it would be helpful to take note of the stadium. The stadium contains many
markings on the track as well as the field. Track events take place on the perimeter of the stadium.
There are 8 track lanes, and each lane are 3 feet, making all the lanes 24 feet. There are various
markings such as an 800m, 16,000m, 10,000m, 400m, 1500m, 3,000m, 5,000m, 200m, 110m, 100m,
as well as the mile start and the finish line. Field events take place in the center of the stadium. The
field area accommodates the different field events. On the left side of the field of the location of the
high jump, and on the lower center of the field is where the Long/Triple Jump takes place. On the
upper center of the field is where the pole vault events take place. Then, towards the center on the

Universal Axle Counter for Railyway Signalling
UNIVERSAL AXLE COUNTER SYTEM 1.0 INTRODUCTION : 1. The track circuits are
considered as the vital component of signaling system to achieve safety of train operations. Various
Accident Enquiry Committees have recommended to bring more and more tracks under track
circuiting to safeguard against reception of trains on occupied lines. The track circuiting could not
achieved desired progress die to virtual scarcity of wooden sleepers, prohibitive costs and
environmental consciousness in the country and the world at large. Availability of concrete sleepers
have solved the problem to some extent but track circuiting on loop lines, points and crossings still
suffers for want of adequate supply and insertion of concrete sleepers. 2. Axle ... Show more content

description of Each unit:– i) Track mounting and track side equipment : Track mounting equipment
consists of a pair of transmitter and receiver coils housed in specially designed housings which are
fixed to flange of a rail section by means of suitable rail clamps using bolts and nuts. Each detection
point has two sets of such track devices mounted on same rail with a fixed stagger between them.
The two transmitter coils of a detection point are connected in series to 5khz oscillator housed in
electronic junction box which is installed in a location box by the side of the track. The output of
two receiver coils of a detection point serve as inputs to two receiver amplifiers housed in the same
electronic junction box through cables which are part of the track mounting equipment. Electronic
junction box is powered by 24V DC Supply. ii) Transmission media between track side equipment
and Central evaluator: The connection between track side equipment and central evaluator made
using balanced twin twisted quad cables of specification IRS: TC/41/90. The output of electronics

construct the tracks in line with the Patapsco River until they reached the Airy Mountain. Therefore,
from this point, the tracks would then be built over the land for a particular distance before the
construction works descended into the Monocacy Valley6. Hence, as a result, this allowed for the
railroad to be extended reaching other regions over the consecutive years inbetween 1831 to 1853
when the tracks reached West Virginia. Therefore, in the early 1830's, the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad Company was granted the permission by the state of Maryland to also construct rail tracks
that would run from the city of Baltimore to the capital city of Washington D.C7. Nonetheless, this
section of the railroad would ultimately be conjoined with the

The Last Report On Miracles At The Little No Horse
Family, peer influence, nature versus nurture, religion, and formal schooling all have an impact on
making individuals unique. With so many factors shaping one's identity, it is difficult to determine
which play the most pivotal role in one coming into their own. Most interestingly, identity is a
controlling factor in motivating one's behavior and actions. A common thread in shaping identity
across all cultures is the role of spiritual tradition. Through the characters in The Last Report on
Miracles at the Little No Horse, Louise Erdrich confronts individual and communal responses to
that reality. Since tradition is symbolic, not material, one can not physically hold on to their
tradition. In other words, an individual makes the conscious decision to allow or disallow tradition
to shape their own identity. Pauline Puyat is the product of cultural conflict, which shapes her
twisted, violent nature as a character, and through her Erdrich explores the "winning of the west"
from a non–western perspective.
While some literary figures choose to continue along the lines of their cultural traditions, others find
flaws in traditional practices and decide to rebel against tradition. Marie Kashpaw. Defying tradition
is an interesting theme in literature, as well. Not all traditions should be continued, such as the
succession of abuse in the PUyat amily. Father Jude knows nothing about Ojibwe culture, so he
misses the undertow of clan meaning when Father Damien explains that Sister

Nanapush's Tracks Analysis
Nanapush is one of two narrators in Tracks. He is a Native American and tribal elder. Because of
this, he tends to be traditional male. However, he sometimes reveals his femininity. This paper
explains Nanapush's both traditional male role and feminine role in Tracks. Nanapush represents a
man of the old generation in this book. He is somewhat patriarchal, dislike a change. In one word,
he adhere to the olds; he knews how to make the old medicine, knew the old ways of hunting, and
paid attention to the tribe's survival. Generally, he took a role of traditional old male character in this
book. However, Nanapush also has a woman–like characteristic. He rescued Fleur in the middle of
winter and nurse her. After that, he adopted Fleur and raised

The first modern Olympics was held in Athens, Greece, in 1896. The first foot races were held at
this event. We now refer to these exciting races as track. The races consist of sprinters, middle–
distance, and distance runners. The races can range from 100 meters all the way up to 10,000
meters. All of these runners have different jobs and roles on their teams. A great deal of precise and
dedicated training goes into their workouts. Despite the distance they run, track runners are
extremely hard workers. One type of runner in track is the sprinter. The original Olympic event
know as the stadion race, was a sprint of around 180 meters. Now there are generally three different
sprint distances. These consists of the 100 meter, 200 meter, and the 400 meter dash. Most elite–
level sprinters train about 20 hours a week for races that are just seconds long. They have to train on
the track, in the weight room, and in the kitchen. Michael Johnson and Tyson Gay are two very
talented runners that ran for USA. The greatest sprinter of all time is a Jamaican runners named
Usain Bolt. Usain Bolt is considered a legend on the track. He has been to 4 olympic games, where
he collected 8 medals, all ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Long–distance events in track include the 5,000 and 10,000 meter races. Many people consider the
long distance runners to be the hardest workers of the three types of runners. A typical week for a
distance runner like Galen Rupp consists of running up to 135 miles per week. This is done with no
rest days and two sessions every day. Long–distance runners lose gallons of sweat every week, so
staying hydrated is very important. Mohamed, Mo, Farah is the most famous distance runner in the
world currently. He was born in Somalia, but he runs competitively for Great Britain. Mo has four
gold medals from two different Olympics, making him the most successful British track athlete ever.

Personal Narrative On Track
I went out for the track team when I was in seventh grade. I enjoyed track because I enjoy running,
jumping, and spending time with my friends. The track season was amazing because I learned to do
the high jump. I had to learn how to time my steps and jump backwards. Did you know that long
ago they would jump forward over the bar. Then a man named Dick Fosbury tried a different way,
go over backwards, now this is called the "Fosbury flop" Which I think sounds like an ice cream
cone of some sort but. I also had to learn the lingo. "Up" means it's your turn to jump. "On deck"
means you are next in line. "In the hole" means you are third to jump. It is important to stay in order,
once at the Metamora track meet I thought they had called my name, I jumped and made it over the
bar. but It was not actually my turn so I had to jump again, I wanted to give him a Well–that–was–
your–fault–not–mine kind of look. Luckily, I made it over the second time also. Another meet I
remember was when I jumped 4 feet 11in. I had no idea I was going to jump that high that day
because it was cold and rainy. I was very surprised and I ended up winning that event that day. Since
Micah was hurt and he normally beats me, I got first so I was happy. I participated in sectionals. I

Going into the race I thought I would do great bang the gun went off and I was in the lead, towards
the end, I was getting tired then I felt my foot hit the hurdle and I started to fall I felt my hands
scrape against the track and I knew it was over! The thing that annoyed me the most was that I was
in first place after the first ten hurdles, then on the last one I hit the hurdle with the back of my foot
and fell to the track, Bam right on my face! I got up and finished the race and even beat two people
across the finish line. I don't mind falling now because I know I can work on that and get better at

ABSTRACT
Indian railway is 4th rank railway chain in the world. Due to this there are so many problems like
collision, accidents, delay etc. are related to trains. To avoid these problems we used RFID
application for identification of railway track and automatic track changer. In this setup ,we used
RFID tags which are allocated at railway track and RFID reader attached in railway engine. Because
of this, train follow its path perfectly with help of RFID reader which reads tags continuously on
railway track. If route is appropriate then train perform continuously, in case route

Track And Field Analysis
With soccer, football and basketball becoming so popular, track and field is being left in the dust.
When several track and field events are televised only streamed to the internet such as ESPN3 or
tape delay, it lowers the viewership of the sport. The sport of track and field has been one of the
country's oldest sport. Back then, the highlights and stories of the track and field were national and
athletes got more notoriety. Now, athletes struggle for sponsorship to maintain a good lifestyle
because they can't get enough money to compete and live a life. Although the US track and field
association denies the decline of the sport, sponsorships, TV ratings, and the use of performance
enhancing drugs prove otherwise. Track and field in the United States ... Show more content on

One example of this is the annual Millrose games.(Belson, par 3) The Millrose games is an indoor
track meet which host the best track and field stars of the U.S and on some occasions, in the world,
competing against each other on the famous Wanamaker mile as well as other events. According to
Ken Belson of the New York Times, after years of dwindling crowds and budget concerns, the
Millrose games moved from Madison Square Garden, where it had been held since 1914, to the
Armory Track and Field Center in 2012, a building with just 4,000 seats in Upper Manhattan. Even
if the event has been sold out every year, it could make even more money if it was held at Madison
Square Garden. Tickets for the event is $20 but after the tickets are gone, the average resale price is
$210. When the move happened in 2012, a tradition became disambiguous. The Wanamaker track at
the armory is synthetic while the traditional one at the Garden, which has been used since the
beginnings and has been refurbished ever since. The decline of track and field not only loses

My dearest mother you are looking very nice today. I have noticed all of your hardwork and
dedication paying off with that new workout program and diet. It looks as if you have lost quite a

my approach to exercising and dieting. I am conditioning and working out for track and field in the
spring. I'm writing to ask permission to do track and field.

help reduce those symptoms in the long run. In addition to that, I can practice morning, noon, or
night anywhere.
On the other hand you mentioned that track and field is bad for your knees. I understand that too
much exercise can lead to stress injuries and bone loss but runners keep their balance better than non
runners, protecting their knees and tendons in the process. According to boston University

Analysis Of Tracks By Louise Erdrich
Almost everyone has heard the quote, "you can't understand someone until you walk a mile in their
shoes" at least once in their life. It means that a person should not judge another person before
considering their perspective on something. For the novel Tracks by Louise Erdrich, that quote is an
important theme for its main characters. The novel gives a glimpse into the lives of Native
Americans in 20th century America through the narrative of two characters: Nanapush and Pauline
Puyat. The stories of the two alternate through every chapter, with each character narrating their
own side of the same continuous timeline. The first narrator is Nanapush, a wise elder of the Ojibwe
tribe, whose wisdom is a useful tool for the tribe's people. The ... Show more content on

They were at one time close with one another while working together in the same town of Argus, but
over the years they began to drift apart.
There is one specific story within the novel that truly shows the differences in both Nanapush and
Pauline's narratives. The story is of Eli Kashpaw, Fleur's husband, and presumed father of Lulu. The
story begins with Nanapush telling of how Eli visits his cabin for advice on how to get Fleur to like
him, or as Nanapush described it, "[Eli] wanted something other than what I could teach him about
the woods...he wanted to know how I satisfied three wives" (Erdrich 41). That interaction between
Eli and Nanapush showed how trusted Nanapush was to the people of the tribe, they felt they could
ask him for anything: from advice on how to hunt to how to get a girlfriend. "[Eli] asked me the
old–time way to make a woman love him and I went into detail so he should make no disgraceful
error" and those details seemed to work as the reader sees in the next weeks that Eli and Fleur are
living together in the woods.
As the reader saw how Nanapush was the initiator of their relationship, in Pauline's chapter, she is
seen as its destructor. Pauline has always had a fascination/jealously towards Fleur ever since they
met. When they worked together in Argus, she would always compare herself to Fleur saying, "I was
so poor–looking, I was invisible to most customers and to the men in the shop" while Fleur "made
[the men's] brains hum" (Erdrich 18)

Louise Erdrich's Tracks Essay example
Louise Erdrich's Tracks
In Louise Erdrich's "Tracks';, the readers discovers by the second chapter that there are two
narrators, Nanapush and Pauline Puyat. This method of having two narrators telling their stories
alternately could be at first confusing, especially if the readers hasn't been briefed about it or hasn't
read a synopsis of it. Traditionally, there is one narrator in the story, but Erdrich does an effective
and spectacular job in combining Nanapush and Pauline's stories. It is so well written that one might
question as he or she reads who is the principal character in this story? Being that there are two
narrators, is it Nanapush, the first narrator, him being a participant in the story, who tells his story in

The unsuspecting lumbermen frightened by the mysterious falling of the trees around them while
Fleur smiles on knowing that she is the catalyst of the falling trees.
With the importance of Fleur throughout "Tracks';, she can be symbolized as being the nucleus of an
atom. Fleur, being the nucleus while the two narrators are like protons and electrons orbiting around
Fleur. Without the nucleus of an atom, there wouldn't be an atom; just as if there were no Fleur, the
two narrators wouldn't have someone to focus on. On the other hand, if the atom were missing some
electrons or protons, there would be an imbalance, but there would still be some form of an atom. In
other words, each narrator's story can be considered a separate entity. It might not be as complete if
the two stories were together, but because each story has a subject, a motivation and a conclusion. It
can "survive " on its own. But, because of Fleur's importance in both stories, she cannot be excluded
from either story without afflicting it detrimentally. If we relate this to the novel and eliminate
Pauline and her story, we still have Nanapush telling the history of Fleur and the Chippewa's to
Lulu. However, what is the significance of Nanapush telling Lulu about the history of both her tribe
and her mother?
The reasons are two–fold. First, to reunite Lulu and her mother, Fleur. It seems that right from the
beginning, Nanapush tells Lulu, "Fleur, the

"All eighth graders to the SLV track" called the muffley voice over the loudspeaker. As soon as I
heard this voice I shuddered with great anxiety and fear. How could I possibly race while I was
shaking and nervous? "Come on, the race is about to start!" shouted my friend Addy. The smell of
burnt rubber tarred my lunges and made it hard to breath, but as I looked farther from the track I saw
myself standing among the great Redwoods and Oaks. Trees that would tower over me with wisdom
and age. The sound of cheers wiped away my vision while I slowly walked toward the track. There
was nothing that could stop me from getting off this horrid track and running into a mirage of
beauty. This track, this horrible horrible track was a large part of my middle school years. I hated
this track with a passion so deep that my absolute favorite part of running the SLV cross country
course was crossing the finish line and little to nothing in between. The track was made of what
seemed to be a material with a pumas stone–like texture, each of the small indents in the track told a
story of the past with an individual uniqueness about themselves. The color of the track was burned
directly into my mind, the redness of the track was like a burning hellfire ready to break loose at any
moment. The redness of the track would catch onto anything, still today the soles of my running
shoes are stained with the same red I no longer have to worry about today. The scent of the track

Track And Field History
The History of Track and Field
Track and field, also known as athletics is one of the oldest sports in the history of man. It has been
proven throughout history that your economic status or culture don't keep you from competing. You
just have to train hard and give the people something to cheer for. Jesse Owens, the first American in
Olympic Track and Field history to win four gold medals in a single Olympiad said it best, "People
come out to see you perform and you've got to give them the best you have within you. The lives of
most men are patchwork quilts. Or at best one matching outfit with a closet and a laundry bag full of
incongruous accumulations. A lifetime of training for just 10 seconds." (Jesse Owens)
The athletic events included foot races, discus, javelin, long jump, wrestling, boxing. The first
record of a running event was a 600–foot–long race. The first champion was a cook named
Koroibos. The race took place in a stadium near the city of Elis during the ancient Olympic Games
in the year of 776 B.C. The Olympic Games were men only events and lasted for eleven centuries
until a Theodosius I, a Christian emperor banned them in A.D. 394 because they conflicted with
religious festivals. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Amateur Athletic Club (AAC) and championship games. Then in 1873, America founded the first

up in a predominately African American society. She displays how African Americans were
curtailed to nothing after the Civil War and how it was quite difficult to commence a town on their

Renaissance. As the novel is exposed in the opening chapter the subject matter is revealed and it
entails Zora Neale Hurston's life. "So you will have to know something about the time and place

This could potentially be the vacuum or circuit in Hurston's life that attested for her fame in the
Harlem Renaissance. The war generals were also very significant people in the development of
Eatonville and neighboring towns. "Now, these founders were, to a man, people who had risked
their lives and fortunes that Negroes might be free. Those who had fought in the ranks had thrown
their weight behind the cause of Emancipation" (5). This demonstration of leadership and
uncertainty are characteristics that Hurston posses. "So, in a raw, bustling frontier, the experiment of
self–government for Negroes was tried. White Maitland and Negro Eatonville have lived side by
side for fifty–five years without a single instance of enmity. The spirit of the founders ha reached
beyond the grave" (6). Hurston's opening exposition reveals only partial of what could be the
remaining events in the novel. However they do parallel with the theme of an individual versus
society. This being said because she has become a product of her environment and her environment
has shaped her in many ways as a writer. She was fortunate enough to grow up in a very influential
area. She prepares the reader for potential conflict with her environment because her environment is
so historic and classic. This usually results in amending one's behavior or having to comply with the
rules of society. But by having read other novels by Hurston one knows that she is not one to agree

Track Developmental Milestones
The reason why Ms. Carolyn stated that it is important to track developmental milestones is because
you will never know when you will catch something different from the child. It also helps with
making a milestone checklist because it helps with keeping up with each child's progress. Because
of using a checklist, it helps keep Ms. Carolyn in check and helps with thinking of things her
children should be doing next. It's also important to track developmental milestone because it's
useful for the families of the children. The reason why it is important for the families is because it

Coaching Track Essay
Coaching Track Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a successful track coach and
coach your protégés to a successful season? Through job shadowing, personal experience, and
research, I have found out just how much hard work goes into coaching. Of the more than twenty
million Americans who are running today, most who start do so for the wrong reasons, with the
wrong attitude, and tend to lose interest after a few weeks or months. Many quit. This is usually
because they become concerned with superficial goals such as time and distance and never discover
the more profound mental benefits that running offers. (Lilliefors 15) To be a successful coach, the
first thing a coach has to do ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When asked why don't they do the same workouts, he said, "You guys are different runners, he
might need to work on the speed aspect of running, while you already have that part down. You
might need to work on the form aspect of running, and he has that down. So why would you guys be
doing the same workout, when it would only benefit one of you" (Washington). Not only does a
coach prepare athletes body but also their minds. A coach prepares the athletes mind by getting them
to think about what they are going to be doing before there event comes up. If one were to look at
Maurice Green before a race, one would notice that he is very concentrated and thinking about what
he needs to do to win. Another example of that would be football or basketball players. Before the
game, each athlete has his or her own ritual before game time. That concentration is called "getting
in the zone." "What I do know is how to get you in the best shape of your life so that you'll be
stronger and more explosive than you've ever been. I can also help you prepare your mind for
competition" (Connolly 14). When one becomes a track coach, one has to make many important
decisions concerning their athletes. When accessing an athlete, the coach will have to decide what
events will work best for the athlete, and the team. If an athlete gets injured, the coach will have to
decide whether or not the athlete should compete

do; and your mother corrected me, and your sister snubbed me, and you said funny things about me
to show how clever you were! And when Charles died I was still to run in strings for the honour of
your beastly family, and I was to be cooped up at Sawston and learn to keep house, and all my
chances spoilt of marrying again. ... But thank goodness, I can stand up against the world now, for
I've found Gino, and this time I marry for love!'"

Reflection On Track And Field
On April 4, 2017 I started my first Track and Field season at Mosinee Middle School and learned a
very valuable lesson, but let's not get ahead of ourselves we have to start from the beginning.
Probably sometime in February I was in 7th grade Social Studies and I heard on the announcements
that there were Track and Field sign ups coming up. Mr. Rheinshmidt, our vice principal, stated on
the loudspeakers, " There will be Track Sign ups in the creske gym lobby this Thursday." I thought
to myself... what would I be good at in Track?... shotput?... Discus? I was brought back from deep
thought as my Social Studies teacher started talking after the announcements were done. As soon as
I heard this, I knew that I would be in Track that spring. That day at lunch I asked my friends
whether or not any of them were interested in joining Track and Field that season... but none of them
were which made me lonely and wistful. I begged and begged them to join but they kept saying no.
" Please join Track. I'll be so lonely if you don't," I told them beggingly. "No, we said we didn't want
to," they stated sternly. I didn't let this stop me though I pestered them until one of them finally said
that they would join. Because of this I was ecstatic that I would not feel lonely. Even though I ended
up making even more friends in Track than just hanging out with the friend I pestered to join. The
next day, was Track and Field sign ups in the lobby of the creske gym. For sign ups we had to put

How Helicopter Track And Balance
Helicopters have the unique ability to take off, hover, and land anywhere, unlike traditional planes.
Along with providing lift, helicopter main rotors are the source of destructive vibrations that can
severely damage the aircraft, if not dealt with properly. Helicopter track and balance, or rotor
smoothing is a maintenance procedure done to minimize airframe vibrations that consequently cause
cracks, crew fatigue, and premature component failure. Track and balance is both time consuming
and expensive, so improvements to the process have been what many technicians and companies
want. It is often joked about the A helicopter is a million parts rapidly rotating around an oil leak,
waiting for metal fatigue to set in. Track and balance, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The data was reliable and repeatable with unskilled users, which lead to a better and more accurate
adjustment. Track and balance using vibration sensors is the method we use today. Accelerometers
mounted in fixed positions, vertically and laterally. The accelerometers measure in units of inches
per second (IPS). Soon many realized that the track or the height of the blades relative to each other
is not the important thing. If a blade wanted to fly six inches higher than the leading one, this was
fine as long as the IPS reduced to an acceptable level. This is where the term rotor smoothing comes
from. No one cares about the height of the track, it is really only looked at to identify a bad blade.
What matters is how smooth the aircraft fly's. Even though track and balance using vibration sensors
is the method we use today, there are many manufactures of this test equipment. A few are; GE
Aviation Vibration Analyzer (AVA), Chadwick Vibrex, Helitune RT–5JS, and many others. Since
there are many different systems throughout the Army, this resulted in many issues. Some of the
issues were gaps in training. If your previous unit only used Helitune's and your new unit uses AVA's
you had to learn a whole new system, and effectively started over in your basic mission
qualifications (BMQ). The biggest issue of all is getting replacement parts or broken equipment
repaired. With everyone using

Informative Essay On Track And Field
Track and field, more commonly known as track, is a sport that tests a person's ability to run, jump,
and throw. Many people don't know much about it. It is a sport with a little bit of something for
everybody. Track has been around for hundreds of years, is easy for anyone to do when they train,
has many different events, and includes some of the best athletes of all time.
As stated in the introduction, track has many different events. They include running, jumping, and
throwing. The sport has been around since ancient times. Track has evolved a lot since those times.
Many events have been added to the sport. Anyone can become a great runner if they work hard and
don't give up. One of the most important things about running is pushing yourself over your limits.

According to Athnet`, "The ancient Olympic Games began in the year 776 BC, when Koroibos, a
cook from the nearby city of Elis, won the stadium race, a foot race 600 feet long.". Track dates
back thousands of years. According to (James Buckley Jr.)"Track and field was part of the ancient
olympic games in Greece nearly 2,800 years ago." Track has changed very much since then. There
used to be only one event, sprinting. Now, there are sprints of all different distances, distance races,
and throwing events. Track technology has changed a lot, too. One of the most improved
technological aspects of track is timing. According to Eyewitness Olympics(Oxlade & Ballheimer) ,
"Athletes can now be timed to within a thousandth of a second.". Also, the modern shoe for track is
much more supportive, while still being very

Track-Personal Narrative
I was thinking if I should go straight or turn right onto the track when I was leaving school one
miserable day. I had made my decision to go right because I would get less wet. So I walked home
on the long deserted track when I saw Barry Bagsley and his little puppets Doug and Danny playing
catch with a little Moorefield primary boy. I kept walking down the track thinking that I could just
avoid them by running fast through them. As I got closer I realised that they were grabbing the
contents of within his bag and throwing it everywhere. I felt like I had to help out the little guy but
at the same time it felt so wrong to go down and come into contact with my foe.
My mind was telling me to avoid them but some little inkling in me told me to help him out. I
followed that inkling and kept walking along the muddy trail. Until I thought no I will turn around,
why make myself the target when I could just walk away, no it was too late, they have seen me. ...

"Yes it is and it's for my mummy I made it at school please don't eat it." Cried Marty

Track And Football Similarities
Many people don't understand every aspect of what goes, or what is happening in every sport. Yet,
when it comes down to each sports there are many aspects that strike as similar, but there are also
many differences. The sports of football and track are both sports that I have experience with and
understand every aspect of the sport. There are many similarities and differences between the two
sports of football and track which define them and make them understandable.
These sports may seem like polar opposites but the similarities between the two are endless. The
similarities include the individual battle to the team aspect of the sport. The event of throwing in
track is very individualized since its only you that steps into the ring. ... Show more content on

Starting with the simplest of differences; in track you throw a sixteen–pound ball while in football
the ball is about one pound. The implement that is used in track is a sphere that has is a little bit
larger than your palm. While in football the ball is an inflated, elongated oval that has points at each
end of the ball. Also in football, with the position that I play, I can't legally carry the ball while in
track I have to throw the implement. With one of the similarities between track and football being
the team aspect, but the difference is that track is all individual events while football is one big
event. Track is a sport that has individuals fill roles in a single event, but football has a team of
eleven players working together all at once. Another difference between the two sports is how points
are acquired. In football you are able to acquire points at any time throughout the event. You can
score point such as one point, two points, three points, or six points depending on how your team
decides to score. On the other hand, in track it's only after each event is over, and the points are
awarded to which place you get in your event. First place gets ten points and the point decrease the
worse you place in your event. Also you score points as a team working together in football, and on
the other hand in track you score points individually which add up to a team's score.
Between football and track the lists of similarities and differences are endless. The comparison
between the sports doesn't make one better than the next, it just helps understand it. Finding and
understanding the differences between the two sport help many realize what is happening and how

The Track And The Multi Track
System (P1)
The Tracks:
There are three tracks in the civil court system, the small claims track, the fast track and the multi–
track. These three tracks were formed under the Civil Procedure Act 1997 to make it easier to deal
with cases of different complexity. The Act has put in place a series of checks to "sort" the cases
according to size of case, the complexity of the case and the size of the compensation asked for. This
is achieved through a questionnaire completed by the parties.
Small Claim courts:
Cases in the small claims court are heard by District judges in a county court, the court will hear
contract and tort cases up to £10,000 and personal injury claims up to £1000. The hearing is
informal and the courts discourage people ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The court will set a strict timetable in order to stop time wasting and to keep costs low. Once the
case is set for a hearing, it will be heard within thirty weeks. Fixed costs will be allowed and the
hearing will be one day long.
Only one expert can be used, for example, in a case involving mechanical problems between the
manufacturer and the dealer, an engineer may be used in order to give advice on the technicality at
hand. The judge decide how much the losing party has to pay in legal fees to the winner, to decide
this both parties have to hand in a form stating how much money they have spent in legal fees in
order for the judge to decide.
Multi Track Claims:
Cases on the fast track are heard by a Circuit judge in a County court, the court will hear cases over
£25,000 (therefore it has no limit) or cases with a complex point. Cases on this track can be sent to
the High Court (Queens Bench Division, Family Division, or Chancery Division) if it contains
complex points of law. The judge will case manage therefore setting a strict timetable for matters
such as document disclosures.
The use of ADR, such as arbitration, will be encouraged in order to avoid having to go to court and
therefore keep costs low.

Everyone like sports in some type of way or have done them. For the most part people have at least
watched them. One of the sports I did was track and field. From when I was little till ninth grade
year. I stopped doing track for many reasons. Track had a big input/tradition in my family.
I really loved track back in middle school. I did it every year there. When I was younger I did
summer track and did wonderful. I received so many ribbons. Once I got into high school things
became harder with in track it self. I was working with more people , more workout and meets. For
the most part I really enjoyed it better too because I was at a high level competing against more
people.

TRACK SOFTWARE, INC I SYNOPSIS Track Software, Inc. is a company created and built by
Mr. Stanley Booker, CPA who spent nights and weekends in developing a sophisticated cost–
accounting software program that became the company's initial product. As the firm grows, Stanley
planned to develop and expand the software product, which will streamline the accounting processes
of medium to large sized manufacturers. In the first 2 years of operation, some financial problems
occur, so he sold 60% of the stock to a group of investors to obtain needed funds. Although he is
quite pleased to have achieved record earnings in 2003, but he is concerned about the firm's cash

guaranty that the project will succeed. MR. STANLEY BOOKER WILL FINISH THE PROJECT
Advantages No additional expense will be incurred in terms of hiring another software developer.
Mr. Stanley can devote more of his time in managing the firm. Disadvantages Mr. Stanley devotion
in doing administrative duties will be divided or may be his second priority only since he will more
focused to finish the project VII STATEMENT OF CONCLUSION I conclude that, Mr. Stanley will
make every effort or strategy to acquire cash in order for him to hire a new software developer.
Since the major goal is profit maximization, the ability to add a new product would increase sales
and lead to greater profits for Track software. If this will succeed, the firm's sales and earnings
would significantly rise and the firm may have the ability to pay all its financial problems an can
sustain the company's operation. VII STATEMENT OF RECOMMENDATION Mr. Stanley should
hire a very qualified and competent software developer that will really fit the position and must
consider the applicants ability to perform the job in a short span of time. The following should be
followed to attain the goal: Step 1 Recruitment and Selection of a new software developer. Step 2

High School Track Athlete HIIT Program Essay
With a track athlete they may be performing in various events throughout the day that require them
to cover various distances or the procession of various skill sets. Events such as sprints may be 400
meters and require incredible speeds that may only be maintained for short periods of time. They
may be involved with relays where they require coordination and pace matching for the baton to be
passed. Or they could be a hurdler and require wait–high leaps on a repeated basis. No matter the
task at hand it will require the combined use of speed, agility and strength in order for them to be
competitive. I have taken some creative liberties for this discussion considering the detailed

It will require the beginning of the development of very specific capacities while allowing the
maintenance of other physical achievements made during previous phases of training.3 This HIIT
program will be fun but will require continuous demands from the whole body repeatedly and will
only be repeated once per week for a 4 weeks cycle. Each part of the session requires an explosive
movement of some type. Research has shown that incorporating explosive exercises will benefit the
athlete by yielding maximum or near maximum rates of force development.3 By Phases 3 and 4 of
this session the athlete, if truly putting forth the effort required, will be gaining greater maximal
cardiovascular and peripheral adaptations.1 As these various physiological parameters are being
pushed the athlete will begin to see quicker adaptations and stronger correlations with their
performance.3 By creating the musculoskeletal strains, and pushing their cardiovascular workload,
they will be achieving neuromuscular overloads that will force adaptations to occur. By
manipulating these various variables within the HIIT session their body will be forced to respond. 1
To begin the schools athletes always perform a Total body foam roll session, which is then followed
by a prescribed Dynamic Warm–up session this is a standard we has set in our conditioning among
the schools athletes. HIIT Program 4 x 100 yard dash, these 100–yard dashes are run

My First Year Of Running Track
Seventh grade, a time of adolescence, an awkward period in which we start growing from a kid to a
young adult, in which the mature person hasn't kicked in yet. A period in time to try new things and
it was my first year of running track. One reason I decided to join was because I had a passion for
sports (mostly basketball), and my best friends convinced me join the team and if I didn't I would
probably be hanging out by myself after school. Three of my best friends consisted of Dekembae but
we called him DK for short, Minkyu, and Jay. Dekembae was mixed kid who had a single braid on
his head which would often be called a "turd". Minkyu was Korean, and was often made fun of by
the shape of his head which was square, and Jay who was also Korean was so short he would often
get confused for a fourth grader. Then there was me an average height kid full of baby teeth, and full
of jokes. Dating back to a cloudy, and gloomy school day in middle school I started to feel very sick.
It felt as if someone was doing jumping–jacks inside my stomach, and I had a headache the size of a
grapefruit. After school I gear up to go to track practice thinking I would take it easy, however my
track coach had a different plan in mind. He announces that we are going to be walking over to
Crissy field to run from the beginning to the end of the trail, and back. Being the naive kid I am, I
feel as if I could make it there and back, not knowing the run would be almost four and a half miles
long ! The

Compared to a student in the college–prep track, one in the vocational track was simply
unremarkable. While the college–prep track involved challenging courses that promoted critical
thinking and skepticism, the vocational track simplified such courses to offer students that could not
otherwise produce satisfactory grades a means of passing that particular class. Therefore, students in
the vocational track at Our Lady of Mercy were taught that they were average. Their teachers did
not seek to uncover their potential; they taught classes that would enable their students to have
careers that did not require further education. Consider this: If you were a student at Our Lady of the

  • 1. Research Paper On Track And Field Track and Field is a True Athlete's Sport Track and field is an ancient Olympic game which began in 776 B.C. There are various events in this sport, track and field. There are also a number of track events, as well as field events. All events require the use of energy and concentration, especially the use of techniques and with these three elements, one shall succeed. In track and field, it's mandatory to take note of the stadium due to the various markings. So therefore, track and field is a true athlete's sport, due to its many components and elements. There are six different track events. Track events vary from sprints, middle distance, long distance, relays, as well as walks. Sprints require the usage of the starting blocks. The starting blocks are head starts to give each runner a fair start and they've been used since 1937. Sprints are run as far as 800m, and only 500m are run in lanes. Sprints, hurdles, and ... The track circuits are considered as the vital component of signaling system to achieve safety of train operations. Various Accident Enquiry Committees have recommended to bring more and more tracks under track circuiting to safeguard against reception of trains on occupied lines. The track circuiting could not achieved desired progress die to virtual scarcity of wooden sleepers, prohibitive costs and environmental consciousness in the country and the world at large. Availability of concrete sleepers have solved the problem to some extent but track circuiting on loop lines, points and crossings still suffers for want of adequate supply and insertion of concrete sleepers. 2. Therefore, from this point, the tracks would then be built over the land for a particular distance before the construction works descended into the Monocacy Valley6. Hence, as a result, this allowed for the railroad to be extended reaching other regions over the consecutive years inbetween 1831 to 1853 when the tracks reached West Virginia. Therefore, in the early 1830's, the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company was granted the permission by the state of Maryland to also construct rail tracks that would run from the city of Baltimore to the capital city of Washington D.C7. Nonetheless, this section of the railroad would ultimately be conjoined with the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 7. The Last Report On Miracles At The Little No Horse Family, peer influence, nature versus nurture, religion, and formal schooling all have an impact on making individuals unique. With so many factors shaping one's identity, it is difficult to determine which play the most pivotal role in one coming into their own. Most interestingly, identity is a controlling factor in motivating one's behavior and actions. A common thread in shaping identity across all cultures is the role of spiritual tradition. Through the characters in The Last Report on Miracles at the Little No Horse, Louise Erdrich confronts individual and communal responses to that reality. Since tradition is symbolic, not material, one can not physically hold on to their tradition. In other words, an individual makes the conscious decision to allow or disallow tradition to shape their own identity. Pauline Puyat is the product of cultural conflict, which shapes her twisted, violent nature as a character, and through her Erdrich explores the "winning of the west" from a non–western perspective. While some literary figures choose to continue along the lines of their cultural traditions, others find flaws in traditional practices and decide to rebel against tradition. Marie Kashpaw. Defying tradition is an interesting theme in literature, as well. Not all traditions should be continued, such as the succession of abuse in the PUyat amily. However, he sometimes reveals his femininity. This paper explains Nanapush's both traditional male role and feminine role in Tracks. Nanapush represents a man of the old generation in this book. He is somewhat patriarchal, dislike a change. In one word, he adhere to the olds; he knews how to make the old medicine, knew the old ways of hunting, and paid attention to the tribe's survival. Generally, he took a role of traditional old male character in this book. However, Nanapush also has a woman–like characteristic. He rescued Fleur in the middle of winter and nurse her. • 11. Track Research Papers The first modern Olympics was held in Athens, Greece, in 1896. The first foot races were held at this event. We now refer to these exciting races as track. The races consist of sprinters, middle– distance, and distance runners. The races can range from 100 meters all the way up to 10,000 meters. All of these runners have different jobs and roles on their teams. A great deal of precise and dedicated training goes into their workouts. Despite the distance they run, track runners are extremely hard workers. One type of runner in track is the sprinter. The original Olympic event know as the stadion race, was a sprint of around 180 meters. Now there are generally three different sprint distances. These consists of the 100 meter, 200 meter, and the 400 meter dash. Most elite– level sprinters train about 20 hours a week for races that are just seconds long. They have to train on the track, in the weight room, and in the kitchen. Michael Johnson and Tyson Gay are two very talented runners that ran for USA. The greatest sprinter of all time is a Jamaican runners named Usain Bolt. Usain Bolt is considered a legend on the track. He has been to 4 olympic games, where he collected 8 medals, all ... • 13. Personal Narrative On Track I went out for the track team when I was in seventh grade. I enjoyed track because I enjoy running, jumping, and spending time with my friends. The track season was amazing because I learned to do the high jump. I had to learn how to time my steps and jump backwards. Did you know that long ago they would jump forward over the bar. Then a man named Dick Fosbury tried a different way, go over backwards, now this is called the "Fosbury flop" Which I think sounds like an ice cream cone of some sort but. I also had to learn the lingo. "Up" means it's your turn to jump. "On deck" means you are next in line. "In the hole" means you are third to jump. It is important to stay in order, once at the Metamora track meet I thought they had called my name, I jumped and made it over the bar. but It was not actually my turn so I had to jump again, I wanted to give him a Well–that–was– your–fault–not–mine kind of look. Luckily, I made it over the second time also. Another meet I remember was when I jumped 4 feet 11in. I had no idea I was going to jump that high that day because it was cold and rainy. I was very surprised and I ended up winning that event that day. Since Micah was hurt and he normally beats me, I got first so I was happy. I participated in sectionals. I had to jump 5ft ... • 17. Track And Field Analysis With soccer, football and basketball becoming so popular, track and field is being left in the dust. When several track and field events are televised only streamed to the internet such as ESPN3 or tape delay, it lowers the viewership of the sport. The sport of track and field has been one of the country's oldest sport. Back then, the highlights and stories of the track and field were national and athletes got more notoriety. Now, athletes struggle for sponsorship to maintain a good lifestyle because they can't get enough money to compete and live a life. Although the US track and field association denies the decline of the sport, sponsorships, TV ratings, and the use of performance enhancing drugs prove otherwise. According to Ken Belson of the New York Times, after years of dwindling crowds and budget concerns, the Millrose games moved from Madison Square Garden, where it had been held since 1914, to the Armory Track and Field Center in 2012, a building with just 4,000 seats in Upper Manhattan. Even if the event has been sold out every year, it could make even more money if it was held at Madison Square Garden. Tickets for the event is $20 but after the tickets are gone, the average resale price is $210. When the move happened in 2012, a tradition became disambiguous. • 21. Analysis Of Tracks By Louise Erdrich Almost everyone has heard the quote, "you can't understand someone until you walk a mile in their shoes" at least once in their life. It means that a person should not judge another person before considering their perspective on something. For the novel Tracks by Louise Erdrich, that quote is an important theme for its main characters. The novel gives a glimpse into the lives of Native Americans in 20th century America through the narrative of two characters: Nanapush and Pauline Puyat. The stories of the two alternate through every chapter, with each character narrating their own side of the same continuous timeline. The first narrator is Nanapush, a wise elder of the Ojibwe tribe, whose wisdom is a useful tool for the tribe's people. The ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... They were at one time close with one another while working together in the same town of Argus, but over the years they began to drift apart. There is one specific story within the novel that truly shows the differences in both Nanapush and Pauline's narratives. The story is of Eli Kashpaw, Fleur's husband, and presumed father of Lulu. The story begins with Nanapush telling of how Eli visits his cabin for advice on how to get Fleur to like him, or as Nanapush described it, "[Eli] wanted something other than what I could teach him about the woods...he wanted to know how I satisfied three wives" (Erdrich 41). That interaction between Eli and Nanapush showed how trusted Nanapush was to the people of the tribe, they felt they could ask him for anything: from advice on how to hunt to how to get a girlfriend. "[Eli] asked me the old–time way to make a woman love him and I went into detail so he should make no disgraceful error" and those details seemed to work as the reader sees in the next weeks that Eli and Fleur are living together in the woods. As the reader saw how Nanapush was the initiator of their relationship, in Pauline's chapter, she is seen as its destructor. Pauline has always had a fascination/jealously towards Fleur ever since they met. When they worked together in Argus, she would always compare herself to Fleur saying, "I was so poor–looking, I was invisible to most customers and to the men in the shop" while Fleur "made [the men's] brains hum" (Erdrich 18) ... • 23. Louise Erdrich's Tracks Essay example Louise Erdrich's Tracks In Louise Erdrich's "Tracks';, the readers discovers by the second chapter that there are two narrators, Nanapush and Pauline Puyat. This method of having two narrators telling their stories alternately could be at first confusing, especially if the readers hasn't been briefed about it or hasn't read a synopsis of it. Traditionally, there is one narrator in the story, but Erdrich does an effective and spectacular job in combining Nanapush and Pauline's stories. It is so well written that one might question as he or she reads who is the principal character in this story? Being that there are two narrators, is it Nanapush, the first narrator, him being a participant in the story, who tells his story in the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The unsuspecting lumbermen frightened by the mysterious falling of the trees around them while Fleur smiles on knowing that she is the catalyst of the falling trees. With the importance of Fleur throughout "Tracks';, she can be symbolized as being the nucleus of an atom. Fleur, being the nucleus while the two narrators are like protons and electrons orbiting around Fleur. Without the nucleus of an atom, there wouldn't be an atom; just as if there were no Fleur, the two narrators wouldn't have someone to focus on. On the other hand, if the atom were missing some electrons or protons, there would be an imbalance, but there would still be some form of an atom. In other words, each narrator's story can be considered a separate entity. It might not be as complete if the two stories were together, but because each story has a subject, a motivation and a conclusion. It can "survive " on its own. But, because of Fleur's importance in both stories, she cannot be excluded from either story without afflicting it detrimentally. If we relate this to the novel and eliminate Pauline and her story, we still have Nanapush telling the history of Fleur and the Chippewa's to Lulu. However, what is the significance of Nanapush telling Lulu about the history of both her tribe and her mother? The reasons are two–fold. First, to reunite Lulu and her mother, Fleur. How could I possibly race while I was shaking and nervous? "Come on, the race is about to start!" shouted my friend Addy. The smell of burnt rubber tarred my lunges and made it hard to breath, but as I looked farther from the track I saw myself standing among the great Redwoods and Oaks. Trees that would tower over me with wisdom and age. The sound of cheers wiped away my vision while I slowly walked toward the track. There was nothing that could stop me from getting off this horrid track and running into a mirage of beauty. This track, this horrible horrible track was a large part of my middle school years. I hated this track with a passion so deep that my absolute favorite part of running the SLV cross country course was crossing the finish line and little to nothing in between. The track was made of what seemed to be a material with a pumas stone–like texture, each of the small indents in the track told a story of the past with an individual uniqueness about themselves. The color of the track was burned directly into my mind, the redness of the track was like a burning hellfire ready to break loose at any moment. • 29. Track And Field History The History of Track and Field Track and field, also known as athletics is one of the oldest sports in the history of man. It has been proven throughout history that your economic status or culture don't keep you from competing. You just have to train hard and give the people something to cheer for. Jesse Owens, the first American in Olympic Track and Field history to win four gold medals in a single Olympiad said it best, "People come out to see you perform and you've got to give them the best you have within you. The lives of most men are patchwork quilts. Or at best one matching outfit with a closet and a laundry bag full of incongruous accumulations. A lifetime of training for just 10 seconds." (Jesse Owens) The athletic events included foot races, discus, javelin, long jump, wrestling, boxing. The first record of a running event was a 600–foot–long race. The first champion was a cook named Koroibos. The race took place in a stadium near the city of Elis during the ancient Olympic Games in the year of 776 B.C. Her autobiography entails the very candid moments of the Harlem Renaissance. As the novel is exposed in the opening chapter the subject matter is revealed and it entails Zora Neale Hurston's life. "So you will have to know something about the time and place where I came from, in order that you may interpret the incidents and directions of my life" (Hurston 1). This could potentially be the vacuum or circuit in Hurston's life that attested for her fame in the Harlem Renaissance. The war generals were also very significant people in the development of Eatonville and neighboring towns. "Now, these founders were, to a man, people who had risked their lives and fortunes that Negroes might be free. Those who had fought in the ranks had thrown their weight behind the cause of Emancipation" (5). This demonstration of leadership and uncertainty are characteristics that Hurston posses. "So, in a raw, bustling frontier, the experiment of self–government for Negroes was tried. White Maitland and Negro Eatonville have lived side by side for fifty–five years without a single instance of enmity. The spirit of the founders ha reached beyond the grave" (6). Hurston's opening exposition reveals only partial of what could be the remaining events in the novel. However they do parallel with the theme of an individual versus society. This being said because she has become a product of her environment and her environment has shaped her in many ways as a writer. She was fortunate enough to grow up in a very influential area. She prepares the reader for potential conflict with her environment because her environment is so historic and classic. This usually results in amending one's behavior or having to comply with the rules of society. But by having read other novels by Hurston one knows that she is not one to agree in compliance and ... • 35. Coaching Track Essay Coaching Track Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a successful track coach and coach your protégés to a successful season? Through job shadowing, personal experience, and research, I have found out just how much hard work goes into coaching. Of the more than twenty million Americans who are running today, most who start do so for the wrong reasons, with the wrong attitude, and tend to lose interest after a few weeks or months. Many quit. This is usually because they become concerned with superficial goals such as time and distance and never discover the more profound mental benefits that running offers. (Lilliefors 15) To be a successful coach, the first thing a coach has to do ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... When asked why don't they do the same workouts, he said, "You guys are different runners, he might need to work on the speed aspect of running, while you already have that part down. You might need to work on the form aspect of running, and he has that down. So why would you guys be doing the same workout, when it would only benefit one of you" (Washington). Not only does a coach prepare athletes body but also their minds. A coach prepares the athletes mind by getting them to think about what they are going to be doing before there event comes up. If one were to look at Maurice Green before a race, one would notice that he is very concentrated and thinking about what he needs to do to win. Another example of that would be football or basketball players. Before the game, each athlete has his or her own ritual before game time. That concentration is called "getting in the zone." "What I do know is how to get you in the best shape of your life so that you'll be stronger and more explosive than you've ever been. I can also help you prepare your mind for competition" (Connolly 14). When one becomes a track coach, one has to make many important decisions concerning their athletes. When accessing an athlete, the coach will have to decide what events will work best for the athlete, and the team. If an athlete gets injured, the coach will have to decide whether or not the athlete should compete ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Reflection On Track And Field On April 4, 2017 I started my first Track and Field season at Mosinee Middle School and learned a very valuable lesson, but let's not get ahead of ourselves we have to start from the beginning. Probably sometime in February I was in 7th grade Social Studies and I heard on the announcements that there were Track and Field sign ups coming up. Mr. Rheinshmidt, our vice principal, stated on the loudspeakers, " There will be Track Sign ups in the creske gym lobby this Thursday." I thought to myself... what would I be good at in Track?... shotput?... Discus? I was brought back from deep thought as my Social Studies teacher started talking after the announcements were done. As soon as I heard this, I knew that I would be in Track that spring. That day at lunch I asked my friends whether or not any of them were interested in joining Track and Field that season... but none of them were which made me lonely and wistful. I begged and begged them to join but they kept saying no. " Please join Track. I'll be so lonely if you don't," I told them beggingly. "No, we said we didn't want to," they stated sternly. I didn't let this stop me though I pestered them until one of them finally said that they would join. Because of this I was ecstatic that I would not feel lonely. The data was reliable and repeatable with unskilled users, which lead to a better and more accurate adjustment. Track and balance using vibration sensors is the method we use today. Accelerometers mounted in fixed positions, vertically and laterally. The accelerometers measure in units of inches per second (IPS). Soon many realized that the track or the height of the blades relative to each other is not the important thing. If a blade wanted to fly six inches higher than the leading one, this was fine as long as the IPS reduced to an acceptable level. This is where the term rotor smoothing comes from. No one cares about the height of the track, it is really only looked at to identify a bad blade. What matters is how smooth the aircraft fly's. Even though track and balance using vibration sensors is the method we use today, there are many manufactures of this test equipment. A few are; GE Aviation Vibration Analyzer (AVA), Chadwick Vibrex, Helitune RT–5JS, and many others. Since there are many different systems throughout the Army, this resulted in many issues. Some of the issues were gaps in training.
