Problem Posing Education (PPE)
• Alternative method to the existing banking system of education
• Students learn better when he/she creates knowledge & when
created for him/her
• Learning always begins from a problem
• Responsibility of the teacher is to diversify subject matter & make
use of students thoughts & speeches
Characteristics of PPE
 Encourages the students to become active participants
 Involves co-creation of knowledge
 Method of learning is dialogue
