Qc Code Of Quality
The quality manual highlights QIC's approach to quality and has been developed to aid in understanding how we meet the requirements if
standards such as ISO 9001 at a policy level. QIC's procedures use these policies to establish practical data and information on how the operations
of our business can be refined. Many of these may not be unique to QIC however have been proven in the past as being successful and will be
adopted for use in ways that collaborate with current processes. Where required, a method statements will be used to provide detail regarding the

meeting all levels of requirements set – customer, statutory and regulatory. Our quality policy (section....) as well as our quality objectives have been
put in place to ensure that we manage and improve these processes. Regular business meetings will incorporate a system review that will also cover
areas that consider resource quantities and their necessary provision.
Quality objectives may set to differ between projects and may include components such as completion before deadline, remain under budget and/or
nonconformity numbers. These issues must be recorded within project documentation and are required to be reviewed as the project progresses. The
methods that are to be implemented in order to complete set objectives will also be included in these documents and will be a major tool for the

International Standard For Quality Management Systems
Introduction
This document is an overview of the ISO 9001:2008 international standard for quality management systems developed by the International Organization
for Standardization with the intent to give specific requirements to companies and organizations on methods to enhance customer satisfaction and meet
statutory and regulatory requirements by improving effectiveness and performance of their quality management systems. The overview will cover the
requirement, certification procedures and benefits of ISO9001 certification.
History
Quality management systems owe their basis to the the military industry. In fact the origins of ISO9000 series of standards dates back to fifties, during
the development of a nuclear submarine in the US which had issues with contractors causing delays and quality breakdowns. As the result of the
research of that project the foundations of quality management were developed and other important military standards were born such as NASA 's and
British Defence 's quality management standards. In 1971 the British Standard Institute applied a QMS to electronics industry with the BS 9000 and,
later on, in the manufacturing industry in 1979,publishing the BS 5750 from which the ISO9000 series of standard, published in 1987, is heavily
based. After its revision in 1994 the ISO 9000 added separate ISO 9001, 9002 and 9003 standards for different industries becoming the reference
quality management system standard in different nations and

If ISO accreditation is obtained, it would only benefit the company in furthering its quality management system to outline the context of the company,
its market strategies and business processes. ISO accreditation has been shown to improve sales volume, customer satisfaction, corporate image and
market share, through improved safety, quality and processes. It also sees the reduction of costs, because of improved systems and processes, the
accessing of new markets through ensuring the compatibility of products and services, and a reduced impact on the environment.
To commit to this path the management would develop and implement the quality management system and thru a continual improvement process,
monitor its effectiveness by communicating the importance of meeting customers as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. They would also
establish a quality policy, establishing quality objectives, reviews and the availability of company resources.

Interview Questions For Interview Paper
Interview Questions
1.What are the issues with your current system?
Answer: The issue with our current system is that the accounting and tax software we use do not integrate with one another, so it takes a great amount
of time to process corporation's tax returns. Moreover, not all forms are available on one tax software, so we either use different applications or fill out
the forms manually. Another issue is that the document management software integrates only with the tax software, so in order for us to keep
accounting and financial records, we need to print and scan documents which is another time consuming process.
2.Which processes tend to take up the most time?
Answer: Data entry is by far the most time consuming process. A lot of information is in paper form and the data that is entered to the accounting
system does not integrate with the tax ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
How do you bill your clients?
Answer: Our clients are billed by a fixed rate. After determining how we may serve our clients we then create an invoice to track which services
were provided and charge the client accordingly. Each time a new service is added, a description of the charge is detailed in the description section of
the invoice.
4.Does your system allows for a real time tracking?
Answer: No, the current system does not provide any features that allow for a real time tracking. We created an excel spreadsheet to identify how the
work is delegated and to track employees' performances, but this form is not a good indicator to track time spent on engagements.
5.Is the information being collected sensitive?
Answer: Yes, most of the information collected is quite sensitive because of the private tax and financial documents. Records may include Social
Security Numbers, Employer Identification Number, birth dates, and personal contact information. Other financial documents may include bank
accounts and credit card numbers, bank balances, location of assets, etc.

During World War 2 quality control was an issue affecting many industries such as munitions around the world especially those in Britain. The
problem was that bombs kept exploding in the factories during the manufacturing process killing its work force and endangering others' lives.
Subsequently, due to the quality control problems factories were required to document their manufacturing procedures and to keep record of these
documents as proof that these procedures were being carried out. The standard was called BS 5750 also known as management standard. This standard
didn't state what to manufacture rather how the manufacturing process was managed. In 1987, the British government called upon the international
organisation for standardisation (ISO) to implement BS 5750 as an international standard. Upon doing so the international standard was named ISO
9000.

Features And Functions Of Information Systems
P4: Describe the features and functions of information systems
In this document I am going to describe the features and functions of an information system. The businesses I am going to use are Campsmount
Academy and Wabtec.
An information system is a combination of People, IT and business processes that helps management make decisions to run their business successfully.
Features of an information systems
Data
Data is a very important feature in an information system. The data in these systems are stored in its original form. This is because the important
information in the system can be used when needed to do specific functions. For example, WABTEC 's integrated information system. In this system
important data is stored. Such as, personal information (address, name, department), shift patterns, different contract information and supplier
information. All this information is placed in one document with drop down menus. This allows the user to search and find the information easier and
it is simple. Also the data will be clearer and easier to understand as there will be only that piece of data that has been searched for seen.
People
People that use these types of information systems need to be trained and qualified to use them as this will help reduce the risk of incidences
happening and losing valuable information. Qualified people are required to make the system so that they are familiar that the companies system. If
they don 't make the system they need to be

Digital transformation and the provision of legal services: what legal practice managers need to know and do Digital transformation is changing the
way that businesses operate across a range of industries, and the legal industry is no exception. We would all agree that digital transformation is a
current hot topic, both locally and globally, but do you know that digital transformation as a concept is still misunderstood by many? What exactly is
"digital transformation"? Let us start with a simple question, a definition. What is "digital transformation"? At its most basic level, or at its very core,
digital transformation is the use of technology to radically improve the performance of an organisation, and this includes its people. Businesses,
including us in the practice and business of law, often think of digital transformation as a formal effort to revamp our vision, models and investments
in order to achieve our organisational goals and objectives, and importantly, stay competitive in the modern digital economy and evolving legal
landscape. Digital transformation in the professional services industry In the professional services space, digital transformation is very much about
realigning technology and business models to more effectively engage with our clients and more efficiently deliver our services to them. As legal

Case Study 5.1 The First Audit
Quality Auditing is a management tool to systematically determine compliance to requirements. Poorly executed audits provide incomplete or
inaccurate information upon which to base future decisions. The ISO 9000 and MBNQA standards and criteria are the two most frequently used audit
standards in the United States.

quality procedures and their content in sections 4.2.3, 4.2.4, 8.2.2, 8.3, 8.5.2, and 8.5.3.
Quality Policy – The quality policy is the company's policy defining its stance towards quality and customer satisfaction. As such, the ISO 9001 quality
policy is the overall guiding principle. The content of the quality policy must meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 section 5.3.
Quality Objectives – The quality objectives define measurable goals relative to the company's quality management system. Requirements on the quality
objectives are in ISO 9001:2008 section 5.4.1.
Process Flowchart – The process flowchart is a description of how the various processes of the ISO 9001 QMS interact with each other. The process
flowchart is required in ISO 9001:2008 section 4.2.2.
Work Instructions – Work instructions are the most detailed and most company–specific of all ISO 9001 documents. Work instructions describe in
detail how particular tasks must be performed. Work instructions are typically written by the people who perform the actual work. ISO 9001:2008
requires work instructions only where they add real value to the company; it is a common misconception that every task in the company needs to

OnDemand client programs operate on personal computers running on Windows. Using the client program, users can construct queries and search for
reports, retrieve documents from OnDemand, view, print, and fax copies or pages of documents, and attach electronic notes to pages of a document.
OnDemand servers manage control information and index data, store and retrieve documents and resource group files, and process query requests from
OnDemand client programs. The documents can reside on disk, optical, and tape storage volumes.
When a user submits a query, the client program sends a search request to the OnDemand library server. The library server returns a list of the

Iso 9000

The International Organization for Standardization was founded shortly after the end of World War II to bring commonality and uniformity to

General requirements for having a QMS is that the organization shall establish, document, implement, and maintain a QMS and continually improve its
effectiveness. The organization shall (a) identify needed processes such as management activities, provision of resources, product or service realization,

processes, (d) ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support and monitor these processes, (e) monitor, measure, and analyze
these processes, and (f) implement actions to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.
Top management shall provide evidence of its commitment to the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the QMS by (a)

Regulatory Information And Managing Component Level...
Regulatory information includes publishing and managing component level information within dossier spanning all formats like electronic Common
Technical Document (eCTD), Non–eCTD electronic Submissions (NeeS) and paper etc., across diverse pharmaceutical markets. It also includes
archival of data / documents with appropriate modification history for audit purposes. Tracking of global submission status with different health
authorities and managing modification in those documents in close co–ordination with local representatives are key challenges that pharmaceutical
industry is potentially facing in a regulatory information management system. The continuous shift from paper submissions to electronic submissions
(e–submission) in recent years has been accompanied by corresponding business processes modifications. For life science pharmaceuticals, the
challenge lies not only in developing an innovative drug / biological product or medical device but in bearing the competition to pharmaceutical market.
It is not enough to spend millions and trillions in product development, it is equally critical to be the first to launch the drug in the market – compliance
matters – the purview of the regulatory affairs team. In wake of intense competition in the global pharmaceutical market, life science companies are
increasingly relying on regulatory document publishing software to support their compliance efforts. This competition actually started trending in

What is ISO 9001? ISO 9001 is an international standard that focus on the requirements for a quality management system. Companies in different

The first signs of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001 was back in 1987, this was the birth time when the quality management
standard system (ISO 9001) began after ISO 9000 was seen to be "...as too formal, too static and somehow bureaucratic. (Langhammer, 2008)" ISO

Organizational Background
The organization that will be the topic of discussion in my final project paper is the Dallas County Clerk Criminal Section and its current mainframe

I will be focusing on two of these systems, Mainframe and the DMS. The Mainframe system is an antiquated system that can no longer support the
current needs of the division. Mainframe has much involved with its use, an aging workforce, and high mainframe costs, lack of innovation and
flexibility and technological security risks. As the society and current Texas standards require electronic filing andbusiness process via e–machines,
kiosks and among other items. Not only is the current two systems substantially ineffective operation of technology, the need of non–standardized
systems pounds the ability of management to access, manage and illustrate analytical data components for strategic planning purposes and routine
performance inspection.
High level Solution
In order to better effectively manage of converting dual case management systems and interfacing the documents into the cases, I will propose that the
Criminal Division purchase an existing criminal justice case management system that will allow the interface of the currently used document
management system, On Base (Hyland Product). This will meet the broadest needs of all of our end users and will streamline the IT functionalities of

Design Of Audit Trails And Data Quality Monitoring Programs
Recommend elements included in the design of audit trails and data quality monitoring programs Audit trails are a set of guidelines that are
developed for purposes of maintaining a record of all the activities of the system and the application that are done by the system users. Importantly,
audit trails are highly used in the process of detecting any form of security violations in the system, performance issues, and any flaws in the
applications. Some of the key elements of audit trails include original source documents, transaction history database, and safe storage capabilities.
For purposes of making sure that the healthcare data is safe, there are a number of policies that have been developed to make audit trials more
efficient and effective. In this, some of the policies that have been developed include the network access for third parties, records management and
security–networked devices. The network access for third parties policy tries to make an explanation of the conditions under which the third parties
accessing the healthcare facilities are allowed to access the information contained in the database. The records management policy on the other hand
tries to offer an explanation of the records management requirements that may include the procedures of records retention and disposal. Additionally,
he policy of security–networked devices tries to offer an explanation of all the responsibilities that are given to the different data users in making sure

Is Social Business working out? Ricardo Thomas Florida Tech University Is social business working out? summary of major issues The social media
platforms growth in the average person's life has significantly altered our communication with each other, both at home and in the workplace. In recent
years companies have been trying to leverage the power of social media within the business environment. Once the value of social business is
understood and the effective use of the many available tools are utilized, it can be advantageous to an organization's bottom–line. Several known
implementation challenges can be averted if these prerequisites are in place before implementing a tool. The example of the NASA's Goddard Space

Without support from executive management, social networks may never gain a proper foothold throughout the organization. Management must set
the pace for line staff to follow and adopt. Therefore, if it's not important to senior management, it most likely won't be important to the workforce as
a whole. According to the case and additional research, most companies are not providing the incentive that staff requires to be motivated to use
these tools. The article states that only 22 percent of social software users believe the technology to be necessary to their jobs. Hence training on
these new tools and the role they play within an organization is a critical factor that can lead to failure or success. It is therefore crucial that
management in cooperates training and effectively communicates the importance of these tools to the general workforce. Management should not
assume that because employees are used to participating on social networks like Facebook that they will adopt to internal social networks as easily. If
employees are used to collaborating and doing business effectively in more traditional ways like sending emails, then they will need an incentive to use
social software. Organization Organization needs to understand the value of Social Networking for both internal and external business. Once this is
done, the efforts to convince the line staff would be easier. Many companies have found

The Standards Of Iso Standards
1.Foreword
Over the last few decades, there has been an increase in companies following a set of recognised standards to make sure quality standards are
maintained across the board. There are different standards relating to different aspects of running a business. Out of these standards, ISO 9000 series of
standards are recognised some of the best known standards1. There are 4 standards within the ISO 9000 series; namely the ISO 9001:2008, ISO
9000:2008, ISO 9004:2009, ISO 19011:2011.1
This report will give an overview of the ISO 9001 series of standards which gives a guideline on the requirements of a quality management system1 and
will help this manufacturing company in its Quality Assurance procedures.
Many organisations across the world claim that certain quality programs, such as the ISO 9001, improve management practices whilst also improving
workers safety and elimination of hazardous practices5.
2.Origins of IS09000/ISO9001
The origins of ISO standards lie as far back as the 1940's, where the competition between companies was picking up. In today's competitive market,
quality assurance has become one of the most important aspects in determining which business is able to offer the best products.
ISO was established under the United Nations as an agency in 19472 3. At that time, membership was small; however, it now exceeds membership
from 160 countries3. Over the decades, ISO standards have increased and cover most aspect of quality assurance in the world today.

Introduction
In reviewing the current and historical sales and marketing information for Riordan Manufacturing, Inc., it became clear that there is a need for a new
streamlined system to track the past and present workings of the company. There are past marketing plans being stored in one location in a file cabinet,
limiting the personnel that has access to it (Riordan Manufacturing, Inc., 2012). Sales employees are using different methods to track their numbers, in
some cases using pencil and paper (Riordan Manufacturing, Inc., 2012). We propose a new cloud based system that will compile all of the past sales

Quality Management System For Coventry University Library
The `Know IT` (Knowledge intergration ) quality management system for coventry university library
Introduction
Higher education intuitions have always resisted total quality management, quality management systems were perceived as incompatible with the
academic culture. However, universities have become market driven, so in order to compete on a global scale and attract international students, they
had to establish quality management systems to set themselves apart from the competition.
It has become explicit that students were choosing universities based on quality; this has a very subjective definition as quality means different things
to people.
One crucial department universities should focus their efforts in implementing a quality ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Furthermore process improvement methodologies will be explored so the library can become an organisation that strives for excellence.
Improvements and modifications to the previous quality management system proposed
Before we can design quality management system we must firstly assess the libraries standard of quality, the previous quality management system that
was designed for the library was extremely vague and generic both in design and principles.
The Lanchester Library at Coventry University opened in September 2000; the aim of the library was to accommodate changing customer needs. Their
mission for the library was, to stay student focused by offering quality information and services to support, teaching, learning and research.
These goals and aspirations were met for a while, however, is obvious the library is in a desperate need for an effective quality management system as
it seems to buckling under the pressures exerted by the increased number of students. More than ever it needs to realign the system with student
requirements and ensure that it's actually delivering the services required by the users. The most essential qualities to the users of the library are: the
availability of resources, such as collaborative work spaces, books, computers, helpful staff ect.

Quality Assurance Was Born Out Of A Need From The Defence...
Introduction
Although it can be a lengthy and complicated process; for many businesses it is recommended to adhere to certain standardisations. When a company
has these certifications it can be a very good marketing tool if used correctly. In this report I will go over many factors surrounding the ISO 9001:2008
standard highlighting where the standard comes from, what it requires from a company, how to become accredited, the benefits of accreditation and
what has to be done once registered.
ISO 9001 Origins Quality assurance was born out of a need from the defence industry. In order to supply the Ministry of Defence (MoD) a product, a
procedure had to be written up and first inspected by the MoD. After this had taken place the MoD then ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The next amendment of ISO 9000 was in 1994, this tried to clear up the use of this standard by changing practices from the 1987 version, however,
companies still ended up with numerous procedure manuals in order to provide evidence of compliance. Six years later with the publication of ISO
9001:2000 the standard was drastically changed. It focused on "process management" rather than "managing processes" meaning that a company had
to show how their process was working well rather than documenting every detail of the process its self. This was created by the arrival of eight new
core principles:
Improved consistency with traceability
Enhanced customer focus
Focused leadership
The involvement of people
A system approach to management
Continual improvement
A factual approach to decision making
Mutually beneficial supplier relationships
This change also included "continual improvement" making it a solid foundation for quality management. Since then, ISO 9001:2008 has been
released, however, this amendment only contains minor changes from the 2000 version and helps to improve consistency with similar standards, such
as ISO 14001:2004
(British Assessment Bureau, 2014)
Requirements & Preparation
There are several requirements within the ISO 9001 standard, each of these have more detailed requirements also. Each of these

Database Management System ( Dbms )
A database management system or DBMS is a certain type of system software, which is used for the creation, and management of databases. A
DBMS serves for multiple purposes but is mainly used to provide users and programmers with a systematic way to retrieve, create, manage, and
update data. A DBMS serves as an interface between data and its end user, making sure that data is consistently organized and remains easily
accessible to users. DBMS's are vital to several aspects of our technological world and are responsible for the data organization of several thriving
industries in this world including banking, airlines, wealth management, manufacturers, credit card companies, and telecommunications. A DBMS
is useful for providing a view of data that can be accessed by multiple users, from multiple locations at one time. A DBMS can act as a filter and
can limit what a user sees and also sets limits on how that user can view data. Users and programmers are free from having to determine where the
data is physically located or on what type of storage media it resides because the DBMS simply deals with all requests. The DBMS can give both
logical and physical data independence, which means that it can protect its users or applications from needing to know where data is stored. Although
a DBMS benefits several sectors of the world, they are by far most beneficial in business organizations. Thousands of companies depend on accurate
recordings, updates, and tracking of their data

Abstract:
This paper is about electronic document management and standards for records management. The author had introduced about the Electronic Document
Management (EDM), Full Text Retrieval (FTR) and World Wide Web (WWW). Then, the author had argued about directories as file plans and also
about the standard based on International Standard find Australian Standard. After that, the author had focused on the way forward for records

The author had mentioned about the EDM, FTR and the WWW at the first discussion. This had shown that many EDM vendors had to promote the
"off the peg" systems. Its means here this system relied on the use of automated indexing for the retrieval purpose. Then, FTR is limited by its
reliance on natural language. This is because every different records creator will use different terms in order to show the same or closely meaning.
Meanwhile, for the WWW it has great demands and also can facilitate the searching. This can be seen through the "hits" that was produces after
conducting a searching.
(b) Directories As File Plans
There is a strong argument about the transmitting physical directories of files and filing system into the electronic channel. Since the emergence of
technology, the names of files and directories cannot be secure. Besides that, this directory structure must be attached within the metadata. The
embedded directory structures have a potential to become an effective damage control mechanism, as a tool for making searching process becomes
more precise. The author had argues that there are also strong historical precedents in order to advocate electronic records management

The 8 Principles Of Quality Management Hamza Ali K1330338 ME5114 Quality Assignment Contents Page During World War 2 quality control was an issue affecting many industries such as munitions around the world especially those in Britain. The problem was that bombs kept exploding in the factories during the manufacturing process killing its work force and endangering others' lives. Subsequently, due to the quality control problems factories were required to document their manufacturing procedures and to keep record of these documents as proof that these procedures were being carried out. The standard was called BS 5750 also known as management standard. This standard didn't state what to manufacture rather how the manufacturing process was managed. In 1987, the British government called upon the international organisation for standardisation (ISO) to implement BS 5750 as an international standard. Upon doing so the international standard was named ISO 9000. A current transcript verifies the following types of information: Assessments/overassessments Payments Module balances Filing dates Tentative allowances Restricted interest transactions Amended returns filed A current transcript is generally determined to be one in which no more than 2 weeks have elapsed since it was secured. If there are indications that transactions may have occurred since the date of the last transcript, an updated transcript should be requested regardless of how many weeks have elapsed. Every return or document input through the Automated Data Processing (ADP) system is assigned a document locator number (DLN) for control and identity purposes. The DLN is 14 digits in length, including a two–digit prefix, which identifies the Campus or Area Office that handled the input. The fourteenth (last) digit is the year of processing assigned by the Campus computer at the time of the original input. Examples: 55211–110–03622–1 28210–105–60025–4 Non–Master File accounts are processed with a "6″ as the third digit of the DLN. A detailed explanation for each digit of the DLN is provided in Document 6209, IRS Processing Codes and Information. [4] Research of all IMF and BMF accounts is accomplished through the Integrated Data Retrieval System (IDRS). The Lanchester Library at Coventry University opened in September 2000; the aim of the library was to accommodate changing customer needs. Their mission for the library was, to stay student focused by offering quality information and services to support, teaching, learning and research. These goals and aspirations were met for a while, however, is obvious the library is in a desperate need for an effective quality management system as it seems to buckling under the pressures exerted by the increased number of students. More than ever it needs to realign the system with student requirements and ensure that it's actually delivering the services required by the users. Introduction Although it can be a lengthy and complicated process; for many businesses it is recommended to adhere to certain standardisations. When a company has these certifications it can be a very good marketing tool if used correctly. In this report I will go over many factors surrounding the ISO 9001:2008 standard highlighting where the standard comes from, what it requires from a company, how to become accredited, the benefits of accreditation and what has to be done once registered. ISO 9001 Origins Quality assurance was born out of a need from the defence industry. In order to supply the Ministry of Defence (MoD) a product, a procedure had to be written up and first inspected by the MoD. After this had taken place the MoD then ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The next amendment of ISO 9000 was in 1994, this tried to clear up the use of this standard by changing practices from the 1987 version, however, companies still ended up with numerous procedure manuals in order to provide evidence of compliance. Six years later with the publication of ISO 9001:2000 the standard was drastically changed. It focused on "process management" rather than "managing processes" meaning that a company had to show how their process was working well rather than documenting every detail of the process its self. This was created by the arrival of eight new core principles: Improved consistency with traceability Enhanced customer focus Focused leadership The involvement of people A system approach to management Continual improvement A factual approach to decision making Mutually beneficial supplier relationships This change also included "continual improvement" making it a solid foundation for quality management. Since then, ISO 9001:2008 has been released, however, this amendment only contains minor changes from the 2000 version and helps to improve consistency with similar standards, such as ISO 14001:2004 (British Assessment Bureau, 2014) Requirements & Preparation There are several requirements within the ISO 9001 standard, each of these have more detailed requirements also. • 49. Database Management System ( Dbms ) A database management system or DBMS is a certain type of system software, which is used for the creation, and management of databases. A DBMS serves for multiple purposes but is mainly used to provide users and programmers with a systematic way to retrieve, create, manage, and update data. A DBMS serves as an interface between data and its end user, making sure that data is consistently organized and remains easily accessible to users. DBMS's are vital to several aspects of our technological world and are responsible for the data organization of several thriving industries in this world including banking, airlines, wealth management, manufacturers, credit card companies, and telecommunications. A DBMS is useful for providing a view of data that can be accessed by multiple users, from multiple locations at one time. A DBMS can act as a filter and can limit what a user sees and also sets limits on how that user can view data. Users and programmers are free from having to determine where the data is physically located or on what type of storage media it resides because the DBMS simply deals with all requests. The DBMS can give both logical and physical data independence, which means that it can protect its users or applications from needing to know where data is stored. Although a DBMS benefits several sectors of the world, they are by far most beneficial in business organizations. Thousands of companies depend on accurate recordings, updates, and tracking of their data ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The author had introduced about the Electronic Document Management (EDM), Full Text Retrieval (FTR) and World Wide Web (WWW). The author had mentioned about the EDM, FTR and the WWW at the first discussion. This had shown that many EDM vendors had to promote the "off the peg" systems. Its means here this system relied on the use of automated indexing for the retrieval purpose. Then, FTR is limited by its reliance on natural language. This is because every different records creator will use different terms in order to show the same or closely meaning. Meanwhile, for the WWW it has great demands and also can facilitate the searching. This can be seen through the "hits" that was produces after conducting a searching. (b) Directories As File Plans There is a strong argument about the transmitting physical directories of files and filing system into the electronic channel. Since the emergence of technology, the names of files and directories cannot be secure. Besides that, this directory structure must be attached within the metadata. The embedded directory structures have a potential to become an effective damage control mechanism, as a tool for making searching process becomes more precise. The author had argues that there are also strong historical precedents in order to advocate electronic records management ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
