Project Management provides leadership and vision, motivation,
removing roadblocks, coaching, and inspiring the team to do their
best work. Project managers serve the team but also ensure clear
lines of accountability.
PM sets a strategy with the top management as per the
business processes, requirement, scope and business rules of an
organization
Project Managers ensure that timeframe targets and budgets
are met.

PM has 360 degree experience to deliver projects with
multiple types of industries.
PM has strong business processes knowledge (e.g.,
P2P, O2C, H2F, MTO/MTS with finance knowledge) to
understand the BPO (Business Process Owners)
requirement, challenges, business rules then he or she
can able to give a comfort and confidence level to them

PM keep monitoring the project progress in terms of
defined scope of work and time line on daily, weekly and
monthly basis.
PM to keep Stake Holders & the consultants on the
same page during the project’s phases

PM prepare an RFP based on the defined scope of
work and the business requirement.
PM to negotiate and get proper presentation from the
different ERP Partners with the BPOs to justify the
solution as per the SoW

13. Suggestion to the Stake Holders
Please don’t try to engage any person (e.g., IT
Manager, CFO and others) those have zero or little
experience to implement any big ERP Application
System, otherwise, your big investment will be drained
I have so many such experiences to fail the projects
