Three elective surgical courses are described: 1. Clinical anatomy and operative surgery which teaches topography and surgery of specific areas depending on specialty and provides anatomical justification for main surgical interventions. 2. International competencies in resuscitation and infusion-transfusion therapy which teaches advanced emergency resuscitation techniques and fluid therapy use. 3. International competencies in resuscitation and infusion-transfusion therapy which includes first emergency cardiac arrest help, airway obstruction response, and general infusion therapy skills.

2. Clinical anatomy and operative surgery
Objective: To teach topography and surgery of
narrow areas depending on the specialty.
Task: To give an anatomical and topographical
justification for the main types of surgical
interventions, depending on the specialty.
The elective course includes various types of
narrow specialties, a thematic plan will be drawn
up from: mammology, proctology, polyclinic
surgery, etc. and types and techniques of the
main methods of surgical intervention.

3. International competencies in resuscitation
and infusion-transfusion therapy.
OBJECTIVE: Teaching advanced emergency
resuscitation techniques and the use of fluid
therapy.
Objective: To teach the analysis and choice of the
method of emergency care and the choice of
solutions.
The course includes the provision of the first
emergency help with cardiac arrest (BLS) and
upper airway obstruction in adults and children,
description of practical general infusion therapy
skills and infusion therapy care.
