In this modern world, the life has become so busy and tough. For being at the top, you have to be one out
of the box. As the world is getting more competitive every day, life is becoming tougher. For survival, you
need to work harder and harder by burning the midnight oil.
With the lots of work and responsibilities comes the tension and stress. It has become a common scenario
these days, everybody is in stress, either he is a student or a business person, no matter if she is a house-
wife or top model. About 80% of our illness is caused due to stress. WHO (World Health Organization) es-
timates that around 450 million people are suffering from the problem of stress.
The only thing that everybody wants is relief from this stress, doesn’t matter how it comes. Here is a list
of top 10 foods that can prevent you from the adverse effects of stress:-
Almonds1.
Almonds are highly nutritious and incredibly popular tree nut. One ounce of almonds contains Fiber, Fat,
Manganese, Protein, Vitamin E, B2 & Magnesium.
Milk2.
Milk is a rich source of calcium, Minerals, Vitamin A, B, D etc. If you want yourself free from stress, dull-
ness and premature ageing then you should drink milk regularly.
Green Tea3.
Green tea is quite useful in improving the functionalities of the brain and that’s why it is the healthiest
beverage on earth. So, enjoy a cup of warm green tea daily and be stress free.
Yogurt4.
Consuming yogurt can reduce your brain activity in the part that handles emotion including stress. The
