Descriptive epidemiology, is a study whose main purpose
descriptive exploration of the phenomenon of public health
in the form of risk or effect.

3. Analytic Epidemiology Definition
Analytic epidemiology is the study tries to explore how and
why health phenomena can occur is by analyzing
relationships between phenomena, whether between risk
factors and effects, among the risk factors, as well as between
the effects.

Characteristics of individuals with factor RT.14 Village

Descriptive epidemiology is the study performed without
having to make a special hypothesis. This study is often used
in the initial study on the emergence of new diseases.

15. Analytic epidemiology undertaken to identify and test
hypotheses about the relationship between the factor and
the suspected cause of the outcome (disease) appears
certain.
