The feasibility study analyzes data collected from 401 respondents in the Kempapura Agrahara community. It finds that 91% of respondents were women and the largest age group was 25-34. Most respondents had completed high school or some high school education. 48% of respondents work with the largest group not working due to family issues. The most common jobs were tailoring/garments and private employees. Over 87% of respondents earn less than Rs. 1 lakh annually. 48% of respondents expressed interest in short-term courses, especially tailoring. The study proposes offering tailoring courses from June 2017 to January 2018 to develop skills in the community.
