HOT DOGS from around the world Americans love hot dogs. This originally German fare has become a staple in households across the United States. Hot dogs are in such demand by consumers that manufacturers have created many varieties to please them. From Chicago style to New York style, all natural to processed, and beef to chicken, Americans are getting their fill of a favorite food. Americans eat 150 million hot dogs over the summer months. Grilling and campfires are the most popular ways that they prepare their hot dogs in the hot weather
BRINGING THE HOT DOG TO INDIA After circling the globe, the hotdog is now gaining popularity in India. Many fast food outlets tried dishing out the Indian version of the hotdog. Many of the Industry experts had this to say; “ While an American on an average eats 60-80 hot dogs every year, in India, it is not even part of a fraction. Moreover, thousands of people living in small towns have never even heard of the dish, It is only in metros and among the younger crowds or those who have traveled that it is popular and that too very limited varieties, we organized a festival recently to inculcate a hot dog culture and the response was really good” - Rakesh Anand, Director, F&B, All American Diners.  “Even though hot dog is a favorite snack among the sports lovers abroad, its market is yet to gain momentum in the Indian fast food segment as compared to other available food options. However, with the change in lifestyle and consumer preferences, we see hot dog becoming an ideal meal for today's non-cumbersome, quick-bite lifestyle” -Vivek Kumar, General Manager (Operations), Nirulas.
Understanding the market for hot dogs and the competition, we have managed to create a variety of hotdogs, So that its not just the authentic American style but the best cuisines from around the world This revolutionized the hotdogs where the non veg option is now only chicken, also there is now an option of a vegetarian hotdog..!!
