Dio's is a theme banquet lounge located in Tardeo, Mumbai with a Moroccan Mediterranean theme. It has three main areas - a south terrace, enclosed lounge/dance area, and north terrace/food service area - with a total capacity of around 475 people. It has unique features like open terraces and ample parking. Dio's hosts various events like parties, conferences, and fashion shows, serving cuisines from India, Asia, and the Mediterranean. The owners now want to expand the concept to a multi-venue restro bar and café attached to gyms across India.

1. Brief Description of our Current Property -Dio’s
The genesis of the name Dio lies in the pronunciation of the word Tardeo, as Tardio by
travelers. Our inspiration has been these bon-vivant travelers, a community of different
races that have enriched south-Mumbai’s culture.
This theme banquet lounge on the 5th floor located in Central Bombay at Tardeo very
close to AC market is a blend of gold, lime green, fusia pink and chocolate brown Colors.
A fusion of stimulating shades; French windows that overlook a beautiful skyline; an
open-air terrace for moonlight theme, all of it merges to create an unforgettable party
ambience.
With a Moroccan Mediterranean theme, the lounge is essentially divided into 3 areas:
• South terrace & Moroccan Congo sitting area with a capacity of around 150 pax
• Enclosed lounge and dance area with a capacity of 175 pax
• North terrace & food service area with a capacity of around 150 pax.
One of the most unique features of the lounge is the availability of both an open terrace
and an enclosed lounge which is a rare feature in Mumbai city. The availability of ample
parking space and valet service further leaves you with no worries as you set out for a
night of fun and pleasure.

• The plan is to convert the Outdoor/Terrace area next to the Gymnasium /Spa /
Fitness Centre into Cafe combining the concept of a Dietary /Nutritious foods,
having a very REFRESHING ,YUPPY & FUNKY AMBIENCE …
• The whole look would be up market & yuppy to target various segments of
society that come to your gymnasium as well as the local crowd.
• Looking at the concept of people having small refreshment after working
out…..Also looking at creating a Lounge type area for people who like to
spend time relaxing themselves Value adding the concept of Subways, Juices,
Salads etc... I.e. Diet foods & Nutrition foods concept mainly targeting the all
fitness freaks.
• The place would need a Re-Vamp to look like a Café that would attract
