Responsible for the overall maintenance of the pharmacy at their assigned site and drug rooms of clinics assigned. Order and stock all

neatly organized, etc. Assures that all supplies such as bottles and labels, vouchers, bags, and tape are accessible for medical provider to
fill prescribed medication thus minimizing providers time in the pharmacy. Unpacking and preparing for dispensation. Fill orders for
transfers to all clinics. Log in appropriate ledgers all repackaged medications transfers. Bill clinics for all medication sent to them. Check
daily for outages in Drug rooms and refrigerator. Repackaging Medications for medical providers into unit of use for ease of dispensing to
patients or for cost containment by decreasing stock levels and inventory by La Clinica de Familia's pharmacy. Responsible for delivery of
emergency supplies on a daily basis. Is Responsible for delivering billings to the Administrative accounting department on a monthly basis.
Responsible for checking crash boxes on a monthly basis make sure all medications are in date, pull expired products and order in date
products as necessary. Check all stock at all clinics, except in San Miguel to ensure all meds are in date, pull expired meds, and replace
with meds that are in date, from stock that is used to dispense and administer to LCDF patients. Patient Assistance Programs are
generated and forward to provider for signature and RX to be sent to company. Assists in providing Policies and Procedures new and
updated to all clinics, dental, medical, behavioral and school based clinics.

Adheres to the policies of assisting patients with over-the-counter medication, knows when to defer questions to the Pharmacist.
Understand what is needed by the Pharmacist to efficiently and accurately manage services. Collecting pertinent patient information for
use by the Pharmacist and creating a new patient profile. Ability to use appropriate strategies for communication with non-English patients
regarding dosage and administration of prescriptions. Knowledge of inventory that had been ordered and updating the database.
Knowledge of proper storage of pharmaceutical items. Understand inventory records process for controlled substances. Screens and
accurately prepares medication orders/prescriptions for completeness, which include counting the prescribed number of tablets, entering
prescription information into the database to produce labels. Efficiently delivers the correct medication to the correct patient. Knowledge
of pertinent policies and procedures for distribution of all medications. Knowledge of billing for services and handling rejected claims by
calling insurance carriers and obtaining vital information for the patient to be able to receive the medication needed. Knowledge of
reconstituting a granular antibiotic into suspension form.
