RAP program: Screen refill requests for eligibility using Health link, assist
the refill authorization pharmacist with quality assurance project
measuring key dashboards measures for the clinic, answer telephone
and electronic communications from providers and other healthcare
professionals on a daily basis, assist pharmacists with processing
prescriptions for patient enrolled in the prescription management
program on a daily basis, assist in the Anti-Coagulation Clinic with: Call
