Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to start redesigning the network for the small company. They are
requesting that the budget is kept as minimal as possible. The company Gadgets INC. has many file
and print servers that they would like to remain online in the newly done network. This network has
100 workstations. With the workstations they have 20 Windows 8 computers, 60 Windows 7
computers, 20 Windows XP computers and four Windows Server 2003 machines. We have been told
from the ISP our internet access will be configured for us on the site. The ISP has routers and will be
giving us a static IP address. The agreement is that we have only one leased line from our site to the

When talking with friends or people that you re just comfortable with in general, most of the time you
may say some things you wouldn t dare say in front of a parent or teacher. However, for this
assignment we had the chance to have free reign over the topic, how we expressed ourselves and the
extent that it was taken. The conversation flowed like running water and was never stagnant. We were
able to have lengthy discussions about real issues that mattered to us, and not talk about something
from a tired school curriculum. Dialect definitely varies depending on the person, or the group for that
matter. Most teenager s dialect changes according to their environment. To increase their probability
of getting a job they may speak more academically or to be understood by their friends they may
speak more in their own personal vernacular with prominent usage of slang words. Differences in
dialect can be seen in the way people react when they talk to each other, their choice of words, their

It also allowed me to keep track of changes that occur daily. Lastly (and what made me care so much
about this tree was the class I took at my connunity college. It was a biology course where we
explored nature and learned different types of trees. While in this course, my teacher taught us one
very crucial concept that I never took much thought on. It was trouble involved in transferring/moving
resource to different areas and the impact it has on the local environment that loses these resources.
The example she gave was the movement of phosphorus to farmlands that causes run off. Thereby, it
is causing damn to streams and the organisms that live in them. I believe the combination of learning
about different trees and the concept not to remove anything from its local environment gave me this
feeling that this tree should not be removed. To me, this stump provided much to the local
environment, more so than the possible impact it could have had in research. Even though that might
not be the case, in my opinion it was.
I sure that there are a lot more context factors that may have led to me caring about this stumps but
