This document outlines the general policies, responsibilities, and rights of parties involved in an international exchange program organized by AIESEC. It summarizes:
1) The aim of the exchange is for participants to gain international experience, cultural exposure, and leadership development, not for monetary gain, holidays, or permanent jobs/residency.
2) Participants must be under 30, have a minimum 6 week to maximum 78 week exchange, meet legal requirements, and not have lived in the host country recently.
3) Key responsibilities include completing documentation, meeting eligibility criteria, following policies, and maintaining communication. AIESEC entities are responsible for support, guidance and ensuring policies are followed.
