OBJECTIVES
TYPES OF COMPENSATIONS
APPROVAL PHASE VIOLATIONS
REALISATION PHASE VIOLATIONS
The Compensation Policies are the official policies that
describe possible situations that would entitle
Opportunity Providers (OP) and/or Exchange
Participants (EP) to receive compensation in the event
an exchange is not approved, realized or
completed.
These policies have the following two objectives:
* Opportunity Providers, Exchange Participants, will be
compensated in case AIESEC doesn't oblige to rules
stated in the contract signed and or in AEPP.
* Clarification of responsible to proceed with the
reimbursements.
OP - Opportunity Providers
An organization can be a start-up, non-profit, NGO, an educational institution or
any other type of organization that is confirmed to receive an AIESEC
Exchange Participant (EP) and provides an opportunity for them.
EP: Exchange Participants
The person is considered an Exchange Participant when they sign the Acceptance Note, the AIESEC
Hosting Entity accepts their application and they pay the AIESEC Sending Entity and sign the
contract.
HE: Hosting Entity
SE: Sending Entity
ACTION RESPONSIBLE
Sending Entity.
Cancellation of Approval
Reimbursements are only allowed with receipts
SE finds a replacement EP within two (2) weeks
of the APD Break date,
Criteria to qualify as an EP is not fulfilled.

If EP and HE agree on still RE, HE pays for any
compensation for tickets rescheduling, documents
etc.

HE finds a replacement OP with the same job
description within two (2) weeks
If cancelled by HE, HE is liable to reimburse OP with
the expenses expressed in the contract.

negligence: EP pays back HE, which
shall reimburse OP.
Over thirty (30) days late: Payment of
the salary + 2% (two) of its amount as

In case of one (or more) of the items below was not provided in the format agreed

Both violations occur in the Realization to Completion Phase.
There are two violations, which are treated as Urgency Protocols
and should be the top priority of the responsible entity.

From seven to thirty (7 to 30) days late:
Payment of the salary immediately.
Over thirty (30) days late: Payment of the salary
+ 2% (two) of its amount as fine per delayed
day.
