In the first two quarters, the organization achieved 88.4% of its targets for raising funds, matching donors, and realizing donations. While some initiatives like the first version of their membership program and efforts in May and June were successful, other areas needed improvement, such as the second version of the membership program, experience delivery, and ensuring contribution from all members. Moving forward, the organization plans to focus on new projects, improving the delivery of experiences, showcasing their impact, running a major winter fundraising cycle, and furthering equal contribution and internal branding efforts.
