People don t realize the sad truth that I ve been holding on for and secretly
suffering with most of my life. People seem to see me as a girl that is naturally
bubbly, happy, and outgoing. This was a way for me to hide my real emotions in the
time when my depression and anxiety were major factors impacting my self esteem,
just a couple of years ago. So, yes, I admit it I was a victim of depression and
anxiety. My anxiety has been occurring ever since I was a toddler. My usual
anxious behavior would be when I would easily get nervous, wouldn t talk that well
in order to be understood, would go through emotional meltdowns at times, and so
forth. My depression however, seem to connect a lot with my anxiety because of my
meltdowns and it would easily bring my self esteem down. One interesting fact
about my depression is that it got extreme when I was in middle school. Many events
in that time of my life made me feel absolutely worthless inside.

Coal is king. The coal industry controls the economy of states, and states rely on it
for electricity. However, many families involved in the industry of coal are
experiencing profound economic difficulty. This must be resolved to improve the
economic disparity in West Virginia, a state known for a large coalmining industry.
Many mining families experience this economic difficulty, particularly due to health
risks and job situations.
Much research has been done into the effects of a large coal industry. In just the past
twenty years, air pollution from coal plants have shortened the lives of more than

consuming spicy food can lead to a longer life. The article summarizes a cohort study
conducted in China of nearly 490,000 individuals, looking specifically at their diet.
When joining the study, participants are asked detailed questions about their health
history and eatinghabits along with how often they ate spicy foods. According to

INTRODUCTION:
The lawn mower used had a 3.5 Horse power Briggs and Stratton 4 stroke gas
engine. That particular model motor has a safety shut off lever on the lawn mower
handle which has a cable attached to the motor, and the attached cable must be
activated to disengage the motor shut off break and to allow spark to reach the
spark plug. What was decided was to cut the cable off and deactivate the motor shut
off feature. If the motor has this feature, the cable will have to be observed and also
the levers on the motor to figure out a way to deactivate or preserve the feature. In
both cases the motor will not start unless something is done about the cable and
levers.
A small hole was discovered in one of the lever plates on the side of the engine, the
cable was then pulled, and a small nail was then inserted into the lever to keep the
mechanism from retracting and shutting off the motor. As stated earlier, it will take a
bit of time to figure out how the motor shut off mechanism works (if there is one
installed on the motor).
PROCEDURE:
The first step is to remove the motor from the lawn mower base. Typically, there are
3 or 4 bolts holding the motor to the base, but before they can be removed, the
mower blade and the shaft coupler that holds the blade on the motor shaft will need
