2. Benefits: Participation
The PC Auto Shutdown process helping the users to shutdown SCADA Networks Department,
computers automatically at schedule time and conserving valuable Distribution Operations Department,
electricity and saving cost. Transmission Operations Department
Standardization Horizontal Deployment Opportunities (Replication):
The users should get notification on their screen before the automated All other Departments in DEWA
shutdown process starts.
The user should have an option to cancel the automated shutdown
process.
The System should collect the records of PCs that has been shutdown
automatically.
The system should provide facility to configure multiple shutdown
schedules.
Single Point Lesson: Remark / Management Comments:
All personal computers shall have the automated possibility to Auto
Shutdown at pre-configured time.
