In our opinion, poverty is the main reason for hunger, weather is it poverty of an individual or of a whole nation. In developing countries, governments can’t afford to support those in need for food and water and in developed countries there are some individuals who can’t afford their need due to lack of education which caused them to be unable to look for a source of income.
Natural disasters can cause poverty too. Governments should be able to provide shelter and food for those people who their houses and belongings were destroyed by natural disasters.

Obesity and malnutrition an international perspective of the paradox
Obesity and malnutrition can occur together due to economic and social factors. In low-income communities, obesogenic foods that are high in calories but low in nutrients are often most affordable and available. This can lead to weight gain while still being malnourished. Additionally, periods of food insecurity may cause people to overeat when food is available to store calories against future uncertainty. Overall, complex social and economic drivers can result in both obesity and malnutrition within the same family or community.

Economic development and income levels impact food consumption patterns between developed countries (DCs) and less developed countries (LDCs) in several ways:
1) As income rises, diets shift away from staple crops like cereals toward more meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables. DCs consume more calories and protein per person compared to LDCs.
2) Physical, economic, social and technological factors affect food production intensity. DCs have greater access to technology and financing to intensify agriculture, while fragmented land ownership in LDCs lowers productivity.

Nutrition in older age. Adequate nutrition, especially in older age, aids in the maintenance of health and in decreasing the onset of chronic diseases, contributes to vitality in everyday activity, to energy and mood and helps in maintaining functional independence.
Hazards of junk food
1) A study found that increased junk food intake at age 4 1/2 was associated with hypersensitivity at age 7, even after adjusting for confounding factors.
2) Junk food refers to cheap, calorie-dense food with little nutritional value. It can contribute to increased risk of obesity, heart disease, and other health issues when consumed frequently.
3) Fast food and junk food consumption is rising globally, including in countries like Thailand, Malaysia, and Pakistan, often as a result of westernization, urbanization, and busy lifestyles. However, frequent junk food intake can negatively impact health.
