Garby, Psy.D., examined whether specific caseload events are associated with stress and burnout
among this career specialty using various survey instruments. The results confirmed 2 of their
hypothesis that officers who reported violent and sexual recidivism on their caseloads, offender
suicide, and threats and/or assaults in the line of duty scored significantly higher on measures of

Labyrinth is a play written by Beth Steel and it was shown at the Hampstead Theatre in London. The
first thing I encountered when I entered the theatre was how big it was. The stage was in the center of
the theater, which makes it entertaining for the audience to enjoy it at any side. A unique thing about
the stage was that they use so much creativity on the floor. There were times where the floor was
turned into a staircase, and smoke was coming out from the floor to show what is on John s mind. The
stage was very relevant to the play, because it used quite often to help us comprehend why John
Anderson killed himself at the end of the play. Looking back at the production I saw in October,
something that made the set stood out was the trap door in several of situations throughout the play.
For example, when they were transiting scenes at the office, they used the trap doors as a staircase for
people that are working in the business. Also in the middle of the scene, Jonathan wanted to kick his
father out of his apartment and once when he was kicked out, he used the trapped door from
underneath. The trap door were unique, you see the characters going inside the trap door then come

There are many life issues and affairs people have to adapt too while maturing and growing up. These
could include: learning about what kind of person they aspire to be, where they have the desire to live,
or what it s like to pay bills. Yet, when and where does one learn to digest all this information?
Certainly not in the American education system. Research suggests that Leon Botstein s claim rules of
high school are not the rules of life and that schools need to bring more real world into them is true
and that the American educational system needs to be revised and refined.
Bostein s idea of intensifying real world issues/situations in young pupils learning experience would

In the movie Moonlight, written and directed by Berry Jenkins, follows an introverted black boy
named Chiron through three pivotal stages in his life as he struggles to come to term with his
sexuality. What made it even harder for Chiron was living in a drug infested, poverty stricken
environment filled with people who constantly remind him that he is different. Throughout the three
stories Chiron gets bullied through his childhood and high school years, causing him to eventually
snap into what his society wanted him to be.
In the opening scene of Part One, Chiron s childhood, there s a shot of little Chiron running as fast as
he can away from a group of boys who are chasing him through a field calling him a faggot. This

Task 2: Surveys to Residents and CNAs
After collecting the surveys I distributed, I found very vital data. I surveyed all competent residents
and all employed CNAs. The surveys asked questions based on the quality of care provided and the
stress levels from this issue. Many of the residents commented that they would like CNAs to stop in
and visit. Some of the CNAs said they could complete all the tasks if a third CNA was on duty.
I created the survey through SurveyMonkey and handed them out personally to each resident and
CNA. The survey provided very conclusive results and made it easy to get an understanding of what
the people involved in the problem thought.
The survey issued to the residents had 25 individual responses. When residents were asked if the
quality of care was inconsistent, 28% said yes, 48% said sometimes, and 24% said no, as shown in
Figure 1. When asked if they were stress out or upset with the inconsistent care 4 of the resident said
no, 9 of the residents said sometimes, and 12 of the residents said no. When the residents were asked
from their experience if employees were leaving this organization frequently, 80% said yes and 20%

chip performance the reliability. Frequent transistor switching caused due to large IR voltage drops
gives raise to timing violations and logic failures. A new clock control strategy is been introduced in
this paper such that the simultaneous switching of the combinational paths is minimized. This is
achieved by clustering the delay slacks having similar slack values. Once the paths are identified
based on the path delays and their slack values the clustering algorithm determines the path to clusters
in a load balanced manner based on the slack values and each cluster will have a phase shift possible
on its clock depending on the slack.

Yoshiko Uchida was born November 24, 1921, in Alameda, California. Her mother was a poet, and
her father a businessman. During her senior year in 1941, Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, and Uchida,
along with other Japanese Americans, were sent to relocation camps. She worked as a teacher while
attending the camp. Despite the embarrassment and agony of her past, Uchida created profound stories
full of sense to both reader and the topic displayed.Yoshiko Uchida used her experiences in the
concentration camps, the prejudice she faced in high school,her tradition at home and her Japanese
history to create her characters and the conflicts in her books.
