Spirits, also called “liquors” are alcoholic
beverages made by distillation.
These high-alcohol potables can be made from
nearly anything, from grains to fruits to
vegetables.
Because these are distilled this category does
not include: wine, beer, mead, sake or cider.

INTRODUCTION TO CHINESE AND WESTERN
CULTURE ABOUT WINE :-

6. WINE ETIQUETTE WESTERN AND CHINESE
PERSPECTIVES :-
• This one day program is 7.5 hours in duration.
It includes etiquette about:
• Personal image and important manners for
day to day.
• Common courtesies involving hosting a wine
dinner at your house,
• At a wine tasting event, on a wine tour.

7. WINE PAIRING INTRODUCTION :-
A fantastic half day that begins at 10am and end
at 2.30pm. We begin with an introduction on
the nutrition aspect of food and follow up
with a presentation and explanation on basics
of food and wine pairing.
The elements of wine structure will be explored
and you discover the mystery.
