My academic goals are to learn skills that I will need in the workforce to achieve my career
goals. Being a successful student academically has always been important to me, from high
school through all four years of college. I hope to have a substantial foundation of knowledge and
experiences from the classroom that will transition over into my future career. Before my
professional career begins, I will work hard to attain my CPA by retaining my classroom education.
Furthermore, the enhanced knowledge I will gain from a Master of Accounting from IowaState will
better my chances at achieving my goal of passing the CPA exam.

Routine Child Immunization
The importance of knowledge or awareness and not aware of the needs of vaccination is the main
reason for children not being fully immunized. Inadequacy of community participation was also an
important factor for poor coverage. Therefore keeping every factor in mind the present study has
been carried out with the objectives of assessing the knowledge of routine child immunization
among care givers of 12 to 23 months old children, finding out the coverage of all the vaccines
among the recipients and also to identify the practice of routine immunization.
In the present study, 52.85% males and 47.15% females were there. The results are quite similar to
a study by (11) (51.9% males and 48.1% females).
In our study out of 210 infants, 70.96% of the children were fully immunized while 23.80% were
partially and only 5.24% were non immunized. Similar results of 72.23% completely immunized
and 4.64% non immunized, were observed in a study by (3) and in another study, 73.3% fully

Believing that you that you are unacceptable or unlikable socially can be painful. Lack of self
confidence can make you get afraid to interact socially. When in situations where you will be
observed by others or where you need to speak in front of a crowd or to strangers you might feel
anxious. This might cause you to act awkward. You might avoid eye contact and behave too
cautiously. The idea that you are socially unacceptable might get reinforced to you when you feel
that other people react strangely towards you.
As the result of the challenges you face you might end up avoiding social contact even though

In order to use the milling machine to manufacture a 2 in base by ВЅ in height by Вѕ in depth
piece, we needed to be very precise and meticulous whit our dimensions. The process required
measuring the piece in every procedure. From the beginning, when we cut our piece from the steel
bar using the Band Saw machine. In the end when we drilled four different sizes of holes in the
piece using two different techniques; drillingusing the milling machineand drilling by hand. Before
we started machining, we were instructed in how to perform measurements using calipers and
micrometers, but we mainly use micrometers during the procedure. Then, after a clear explanation
of the procedure, measurements and machine uses we performed our first cut using the Band Saw
by cutting a small piece from it. The edges of the steel piece weren t smooth so we machine it
using the Milling machine, just one side. In order to get the requirement dimensions we set the
machine in Low speed because it is better for rough cuts, high speed for small cuts.
The initial height was .680 in so two rough cuts were performed one of .100 in and a second of
.060 in both around 80 MPH. A third cut was necessary to get the proper height, which was only

For the assignment of participate observation experience, I chose to visit Life Strategies
Couneling Services in Beckley, West Virginia, to gain a better understaning of how the
community resource of indvidual therapy and group therapy is experienced from the client s point
of view. I chose to complete my observation of a community resource at Life Strategies
Counseling Services due to its many quality online reviews. In addition, when calling the offices of
local community resources, the office staff at this location was very friendly and open about the

When describing Giuseppe Arcimboldo s artwork, scholars consistently use one term: bizarre.
Indeed, among his most famous paintings are that which feature human faces composed out of
food, animals, and household objects. Modern viewers have viewed these composite paintings
amusingly. However, there is more depth and context to Arcimboldo s art than simply to serve as
forms of entertainment. Research suggests Arcimboldo masked social critiques and political
messages in his paintings, which were reflective of the ongoing intellectual currents of the
Renaissance. As best put by Thomas DaCosta Kaufmann, Arcimboldo s paintings can be seen not
as bizarre fancies, but as the expression of the complicated intellectual world of the late sixteenth
century (Elhard 117). Therefore, this paper will examine Arcimboldo s background as an artist,
analyses of his composite paintings, and the relationship his artwork had to Renaissance
scholarship. Arcimboldo was an Italian artist who worked in the courts of emperors Ferdinand I,
Maximilian II, and Rudolf IIduring the sixteenth century, the period of the Renaissance. During his
employment, Arcimboldo produced and designed tapestries, stained glass windows, festival
staging, and costumes. However, he is most famous for his avant garde paintings of composite
