Open space with moving walls potentially used
as a working space part of which would be
organized in cubicles + different floors /
platforms providing numerous activities such
as a library, an organic café, a meeting room
and a chill-out area + a barber’s shop for
bearded hipsters.
Option 3:
A library with a landscaped exterior and a
vertical garden. A) demolishing the warehouse
and building an entirely new iconic building B)
keeping as many original features as possible
