Technology is increasingly developed and touching all
aspects of today’s business.
Now HR managers have realized that there are vast
technological changes, with adoption of IT becoming a
necessity for them.
In the year 1960’s the HR professional and managers of the
companies used to spend time in gathering information
manually on paper, receiving enquiries, and mostly busy in
tedious and manual administrative work.
