It divides behaviors into four styles: D for dominance, I for influence, S for steadiness, and C for conscientiousness. Understanding your own style and others' styles helps increase understanding, learn to adapt, foster better group interactions, and build better relationships with coworkers and customers. Participants complete a questionnaire to determine their style profile and receive a detailed report and coaching to gain insights.
