This document outlines three social media support services for businesses: Social Media Launch, Social Media Voice, and Social Media Management. Social Media Launch helps set up and optimize profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest and get clients started with posting and networking. Social Media Voice provides ongoing support or monthly coaching for clients using social media but struggling or not seeing returns. Social Media Management offers full ongoing monthly management of profiles, posting schedules, content development, and results monitoring.

Social Media Launch
Aimed at those at the beginning of their social media use.
Set up and optimise a social media profile (or profiles) and getting started with posting updates and
networking to support your business goals.

This can be followed by Voice for those who would like on-going support or Social Media
Management for those who want to hand over the day to day running to someone else!
Social Media Voice
Aimed at those already using social media but struggling to find their voice, keep updated and/or not
seeing return on effort. Also suitable for keeping up to date with developments in social media.
Starting with a review of all of your current social media activities, followed by feedback on how to
improve performance. This can be delivered as a one off ‘audit’ or as part of an on-going monthly
coaching and support program to monitor and sustain progress.
Social Media Management
On-going monthly social media management. Depending on your experience and requirements can
include
• Setting up profile(s) based on agreed business goals
• Posting to an agreed schedule
• Developing relevant and engaging content
• Monitoring and assessing results
