This document outlines the features available to patients through their GP practice's online records access system. It allows patients to view appointments and order repeat prescriptions, check the status of ordered prescriptions, and access their electronic health record including consultations, test results, letters, medication history, immunization history and past medications. The system can be accessed by signing into the patient's online account on the GP practice's website.
