REASONS FOR LOWER CAMPUS PLACEMENT WHILE SELECTING COMPANIES FOR SUMMER PROJECTS , FUTURE PLACEMENT IS LOST SIGHT OF(only 10-15% of students are placed in companies in which they complete summer projects) STUDENTS DATA REACHES THE COMPANIES IN A FORMAT THAT DOES NOT FACILITATE EASY SHORTLISTING AND SELECTION (only a few companies have big HR departments to analyze large number of CVs)

Placement cells need more budgetary support as much as or more than admission department, which ensures almost 100% placement also paving way for the expansion of the institution in the long run.
