ICARB - THE INITIATIVE FOR CARBON ACCOUNTING 
Purpose: ICARB provides a space for technical experts, academics, 
policy and decision makers and practitioners alike to: 
• A Forum to discuss and agree and ways forward in the 
development of Relevant, Complete, Consistent, Transparent and 
Accurate accounting tools. 
• To share technical challenges and solutions 
• To be part of a capacity building process across Scottish sectors 
and stakeholders in this emerging field.
