This weekly report summarizes the progress of an engineering student group working on a food checking device. The device is intended to check food status, display results through lights and sounds, and prevent high CO2 levels using a valve. Key functions include food checking, status display, temperature alarming, and CO2 protection. The device will run on a battery and have separate charging and main parts. While the functions seem possible and results clear, designing the valve system and long-term sensor use present weaknesses. Next week, each group member will start working on their assigned functions.

Weekly Progress
In this weekly, we conclude possible function as following. First checking food. Second showing
status of device and status of checking by light. Third sound alarming when temperature is dangerous to
device and sound showing status of food after check. The last it has valve for prevent CO2 sensor from
high temperature by the valve that open when function third not alarm.
The device use electricity from battary. It devided into two parts, part of main device and part of
charging battary.

Strong Point
- The functions are possible.
- Showing result clear, the elderly is easy to understand.
