Weekly Progress
This week we was present Aj.Yap and Aj.Pot about our function of kettle. They advise
more function to us. So we think a kettle should have interested connection with user. Kettle
will has touch screen for touch to turn on and do something more. So this week I was study
about “touch sensor” it is a device provide a signal output when it is exposed. The simple of
this sensor is a micro switch is turn on or off when touched. Another sensor is “tactile
sensor” it can measure the exposure and show data off object. Flex sensor has a certain
flexibility used to measure the bending of the substrate and the output signal on a twist
because resistance has change.

Strong Point
- We can adjust the sensitivity or rang of motion.
Weak Point
- I don’t know can it tolerate temperature.
Next Week Job
- Design some part of kettle’s circuit
