Peek at the Week:
Students worked on reviewing Unit Six in Language
Arts. We practiced sounds, blending, CVC or CVCE
words, singular plural and syllables. The students got
to write their informational piece this week, adding
true facts to the writing.
The class worked through Chapter Eleven in Math this
week. Another simple week discussing measuring
words. Our last Chapter Twelve will begin next week.
We had a fun visit to PCI to watch TheaterWorks
presentation of Pete the Cat! The McTeacher profit
goes to bringing this humorous activity to us! Thanks
to all that support it!
Coming Up
Next week is a busy one, again!
Students will be preparing for the
graduation show. They have really worked
hard and are doing great! We will also be
doing review activities for reading and
math and some additional challenging
things!

Kindergarten Graduation
Mark your calendar…Thursday, May 24th, 6:30pm,
at Penn
Cambria High School. Students will be wearing jean
shorts/pants, sneakers and a specific t-shirt.
If you have not sent in your
$5.00 for the t-shirt, please do so now
Finally, the weather is cooperating! We do try to get the students out daily to burn off some
energy. Best options for safe play are sneakers and shorts! They can always keep a sweatshirt here
in school in case of chilly weather.
