2. FIRST PAGE
Here is the first page you see when you enter the Alt-jay website.
This page is very plain clearly outlining the bands name, underneath
the name you can see their navigation bar which is unclear when first
entering the site. Their twitter, Facebook and YouTube links are also
located underneath the navigation bar. Although the website looks
simple and plain I feel it is effective as it isn't complicated for the
user to navigate around although some aspects may be unclear at
first. I really like the design of the website as I feel it is very unique
and it really draws my attention due to how simple but effective it is.

3. SUMMARY OF FIRST PAGE
As you begin to scroll down the website the navigation bar also
appears at the top of the web page. All sections on the navigation bar
are thrown onto the one page and each button just takes you to the
section on the page. The plain simple theme is kept throughout the
page showing consistency on the website while also making it easy
for the user to understand and navigate around.

4. NEWS PAGE
This is the new page where each section has a link to a separate page with more information
on the section. Information on the page below includes the band ‘Ghost Poet’ which has
been included into the line up of ALT-J’S tour. There is also a comments section on this page
for their fans to give their views on the news. This way they can listen to fans feedback and
further improve on certain aspects.

5. MUSIC PAGE
This music page includes the album cover which is an interesting
piece of abstract art which comes off as simple but very effective.
They follow the same pattern and design throughout the website
which I also find is effective and isn’t confusing. The track list is also
alongside the album cover.
