A small talk about WEB.

The Largest Knowledge Dataset on EARTH

2. Hi
I am Tin Aung Lin. I am a human. I works as an architect
at NEX and build things on the WEB.
This is about me how I learned all these technical skills and
knowledge.

3. I was a curious boy.
I started with nothing but the resources I had have.
I started to use Computer. And then I knew how to use
internet which is a bridge to a bigger image, the WEB.

4. So what is WEB?
WEB is a large network of connected resources which
contain and generate the largest knowledge base on the
planet EARTH.
We,humans, mainly use INTERNET to access informations
from WEB. INTERNET was born as a CERN project around
1989 by Tim Berners-Lee.

5. INTERNET
● Cyclades / Inter-net
● Packet Switching
● Developed special protocol like HTTP based on TCP
● WEBSITES ( The first men )
● People access/create/update/delete resources

6. MODERN/MEDIA/MEDIUM
Nowadays people are accessing informations as much as
they do in the last 5 years.
We have more connected Devices like
● Mobile Phones
● Watch, InternetTVs, Epapers
and counting.

7. WEB 1.0 2.0
Started only with informations, media and presentable text
sharing.
End with user interaction, massive user base web
applications, social media and business collaboration
applications.

8. TECHNOLOGY
Mostly all of the informations are stored in documents
which are dynamically objected in databases.
And we access the informations via WEB BROWSERs.
What user see [ browser interpret ] is all HTML documents [
Hyper-Text Markup Language ]

9. INTERACTION WEB 2.0
So how do users interact ?
Interaction is done from the SERVER side.
So we could literally say there are two parts.
One unseen , one can be seen, clicked and
interacted.

10. DEEP SEEN
SERVERs are up 24/7 to generate contents whenever a
user from any timezone send a request.
Generated Contents[.html] are interpreted by browsers to a
human readable standard we called text,images,audios and
movies.
HTML can be styled by CSS ( Cascading Style Sheet )
which is the one and the only markup to design DOM.

11. DEEP UNSEEN
Mostly SERVERs run a small or large software which can
generate contents dynamically based on the types and
circumstances of the request.
Users id: 1 request /profile and $username = User.find[1].name
You can dynamically store object data, update them, delete and update them.
These kind of software are written in programming languages [ not markup ]
and are called as frameworks.
[ popular frameworks are :rails :laravel :flask :django ]

12. SELF-TAUGHT
Documents and resources are widely available for you to
learn how to make websites and web applications.
WEB is growing with communities and people who love it.
And you just one step away from the largest technology
market.
