Held positions with progressively advanced responsibilities with leading provider of telephone
systems, data delivery and other telecommunications services.
Senior Retail Marketing Effectiveness Manager, 2011 – 2016
Led major Field Marketing initiative and buildout in 5-state southeast region that expanded and
upgraded AT&T’s retail presence, sales and operations in all channels. Managed projects that
improved marketing, merchandising, service, brand awareness, customer engagement and business
practices at over 500 retail outlets, including AT&T-owned stores and authorized partner sites.
 Managed the opening of over 200 new retail stores and 300 remodels.
o Led cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure projects supported sales
and merchandising requirements. Oversaw and coordinated site selection and
acquisition, design and construction, information technology (IT) and other elements.
