mitigating potential cost and time impact issues, site co-ordination risk analysis,

Maldivian hotel resort, and hotel operator is Anantara (Costing QAR 1.4 billion)
awarded as design and built contract to UCC.
● Apart from resort island, a visitor welcome building with pontoons for transfer and
BOH facility was developed and completed on the mainland in Doha.
● The project scope within purview of my design & execution consisted of 141(keys)
units, including 26 suites and 45 villas Holistic wellness centre and indoor botanical
garden, Spa, Gym, Surf pool,tennis court, private beach,four swimming pools
totalling 10,000m², fully-equipped diving centre, Reef Conservation Centre, Private
marina for up to 30 boats, Nine-hole golf putting course, kids play areas, an eight-
pin bowling alley and cinema, Helipad, power & water (RO) generation plant, Diesel
& LPG storage facility, Sewage treatment plant (MBR), Telecom facility, large
complicated underground MEP.
● Undersea power and telecom cabling: prepared the report and submitted with
costing to client.
● Successfully supervised independently and ensured the contractors & consultants
design, built and commission the mep systems within their scope and time, ensuring
the drawing quality and material specified are to client requirements.

network piping, 280 km of electrical power cables and 21 km of chilled water
network piping
