SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECTS MANGER
 Direct and manage project responsibilities and activities from beginning to end, i.e. ‐
from initiation to client handover.
 Uncover initial requirements, risks & constraints.
 Develop detailed and complete project execution plans, budget, schedule, and all
other necessary project communications and reporting documents.
 Evaluate and select local subcontractors/suppliers
 Assign roles & responsibilities of the project team.
 Execute the work according to the plan and control the time & cost overruns.
 Perform quality & safety audits.

 36” x 512 Km Gas Pipeline with Block Valve Stations (22 Nos.) and Intermediate
Scraper Stations (3 Nos.).
 The terrain was extremely harsh with dense forests around 100 Km where no access
road near to ROW, rocky and mountainous terrain with steep slopes interspersed all
over with altitude up to 3,300ft (Around 50 locations with 70 steep slopes).
 At some locations where it was almost difficult to shift the pipes through roads,
helicopters were deployed for airlift and stringing the pipes in ROW (1635 Nos.)
 2,868 open cut crossings including 8 major perennial rivers, 305 smaller perennial
rivers and 27 major roads, 24 HDD crossings and 17 Thrust Boring crossings.
 Around 55 Km length of pipeline was laid in swamp stretches where around 48
kilometer lengths of pipeline were provided with screw anchors as an anti‐
buoyancy protection.
 1.7 Million Cubic Meter of rock was removed during grading and trenching.
 Natives inhabit a large portion of the pipeline route and handled with utmost care
and sincerity. There are 9 different tribes along the route.
 Metering Stations (2 Nos.) with Gas Chromatograph Analyzer and Filter Separators
(Each 500 MMSCFD X 2 Trains)
 Compressor Station (Each 256 MMSCFD GTCP Packages X 4 Nos)
 Combined Station Works – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation works
such as SCADA, Telecommunication, Gas Management System, Fire Detection and
