SUMMARY:
I have 15 years of PACs Administration / Medical IT experience, and over 20 years of Computer Hardware,
Software, and Networking Support / Administration experience. I have worked as a Picture Archiving &
Communications System (PACS) Administrator and Phone Helpdesk Support Engineer responsible for
troubleshooting, monitoring, and controlling the system components utilized throughout the Hospital Radiology,
Cardiology, and Clinical provider departments. My responsibilities include management and problem resolution for
the Radiology Information System (RIS), Image Archive, and Specialized Image Viewing System components
