• Looking after month-end closing involving various activities like accruals, re-classes, chargebacks, balance
confirmations
• Formulating reports of P&L & various expense analysis; handling various accruals and reversals on monthly &
quarterly basis.
• Preparing a PowerPoint presentation of monthly financial summary for Business review call
• Investigating and resolving all financial report questions/queries from different stakeholders
• On-shore Transition from GE Healthcare – Brazil to Genpact Ensuring service delivery as per agreed metrics
and SOW as per signing agreement with the client
• Responsible for month end closing, Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Preparation of the Contract Revenue walks – Prior Year to Current Year, Previous Quarter to Current Quarter
and highlighting key drivers of the variances.
• Pricing analysis - Reporting revenue by contracts and explaining the variance by New/Expired contracts,
Coverage change, Price, Volume, Fx and Mix variances. Details of contracts expiring in the next 3 months.
Pricing details for the Top 10 customers.
• Discount Analysis – Comparing the price quoted with the listed price for each of the contract and calculating
the actual discount with the discount provided. Reporting the details of Targeted discounts with Actual
discounts by region.
• Analysis, reporting & Estimation on Installation & Warranty cost and providing the drivers for the under or
over run of I&W expenses. Analyzing I&W expenses from various data sources and reporting on excess of
actual cost items over standard cost
• Monthly Reporting of Overtime, Cell Phone usage, Travel & Living expenses incurred by each field engineer in
the Americas Service and comparing with the previous period.
• Accountable for planning/forecasting and variance analysis
Achievements @ GENPACT
 Got promoted as Manager in May’12. Currently having a span of 6 Managers.
 Being a technical expert, member of “GENROBO”. Got trained and certified, working on projects across
businesses. Few projects already at the pilot run stage, giving the business impact of 6 FTEs.
 Standardized and simplified many of the activities across GE Healthcare and GE Energy and GE Water
businesses. Initially, in 2007, all the reports for the US DI services business have been automated which
resulted in saving of 1100 man hours. Later on, with my technical Knowledge in MS Access, writing macros in
Visual Basic, lot of simplifications done which resulted around 5000 man hours saving for the business.
 An Access Database project done for the AW modality for an amount of $3600, additional revenue for Genpact.
 In Dec’12, went to Brazil for transition of FP&A process. A new invoice project has been done for Brazil team
which resulted in saving of 5 working days per month. Now focusing on price simulators project in MS Access.
 As a Trainer - Trainings given on MS Access and Excel, basic and advanced level to the employees from GE
Healthcare, GE Water, GE Energy and to British Gas businesses.
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Ensuring service delivery as per agreed metrics and SOW as per signing agreement with the client
• Motivating & mentoring team members to keep up the spirit of good work and exceeding client expectations
• Making sure proper back-up of each team member and seamless service delivery without any hiccups
• Accountable for delivering monthly attrition risk assessment report of team to Human Resource Team
• Identifying training needs of individual team members; conducting monthly operation review of team with client
• Entrusted with the responsibility of recruiting and hiring right resource for the vacant position.
• Making sure proper PO’s available for making monthly billing for the services rendered by Genpact.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure for timely payment of the invoices raised.
MS Access / MS Excel Projects (Highlighted Projects):
1. OBD: On a single click AW Revenue gets allocated to the main Modalities on different bases of allocation. With
the options provided user can see the revenue details (after allocation of AW revenue) by region or by
Modality, for different periods along with the variances. Saving of 350 hours per annum. $3600 billed to
customer.
2. Inter-company Disconnect database: This has been created for the inter-company disconnect analysis. It gives
the output of disconnects for each legal entity with regard to the transactions happened with their counterpart.
With these disconnects, we can directly take the action plan. We have given the productivity of 3.5 FTE.
3. Inter-company Reconciliation Template: A unique standard Template created in Excel using vb code. This
macro matches the line items of “Due To” and “Due From” and separates the line items of not matched or
matched but with variance. This template is currently using across globally. We have given the productivity of
3.5 FTE.
4. Amonix (Non-GE): Package includes P&L and Balance Sheet details along with the drill down options to the
base line entries. This is a re-engineering project which is very helpful to the management to see the details of
expenses incurred for each job card and along with some basic analysis.
5. Consolidation: Select the multiple Text or Excel files, the macro consolidates the data into one excel file and the
required formatting. This macro helps many people across healthcare with a time saving.

eVOC received 10/10 consecutively 10 times from the customer.
