• Informal assessment by a teacher-made test having three
sections : GMAT, Maths, language (cut off 50%)
• Formal assessment using Standardized tests developed at
JP. (Mental ability, Creativity, Reading comprehension,
Multiple intelligence self rating scale)

• Talent nurture and
development of the
selected children
• Training selected teachers
as mentors
Execution
• 18 days inputs from JP resource
persons per class, per year.
• Workshops at 3 cluster centres :
Itanagar, Ziro, Roing
• Resources provided from JP to
the mentors to execute in the
intervals
