Responsibilities:
- Provided exceptional costumer service to In-house and outside guests.
-Supervise and run operations of In room dining and the restaurant.
-Assist restaurant manager to achieving financial targets and ,to prepare the weekly duty Rota,
ensuring adequate staffing off the restaurant and IRD.
- Responsible for restaurant and room service daily reports.
- Receive ,record and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in
the restaurant or pent house.
- Ensured the guest satisfaction, from arrival to leaving the restaurant in accordance with the
standards.
- Ensured any special needs of the guests such as food allergies.
- Make quick and positive decisions regarding any situation, for example dress code.
- Allocate tables for each party according to the diary and transfer all reservations to the daily
table plan and the meal plan.
- Ensured a consistent and convincing standard of service and maintain all the service standards
and Hilton Policies.
- Keep the relation with the guest, Regular guests, and long-stay guests.
