Overall absenteeism rate in govt school is 12% and in
private sector is 7% .
 It is highest in Balochistan and Gilgit (15%)
 Followed by KPK(14%)
 Sindh and ICT (13%)
 FATA(9%)
 Punjab(7%)
Recommendations to improve
students attendance
 Improve school facilities
 Building good relationship with parents
 Co-curricular activities
 Students having good attendance should be awarded
 Positively reintegrate absentees

Overall absenteeism rate in govt school is 12% and in private sector is 7% .  It is highest in Balochistan and Gilgit (15%)  Followed by KPK(14%)  Sindh and ICT (13%)  FATA(9%)  Punjab(7%)
