Multimedia is used to create computer-based training materials and courses, as well as edutainment which combines education and entertainment. It has been observed that multimedia, including voice, video, graphics and text, allows learning to occur faster and easier. Multimedia is also widely used in movies, animations, computer games, presentations, advertising, employee training, medicine, simulations, and by governments to convey information to citizens.
