This document describes a prototype called FIBOT, which is an underwater robot designed for fishing. FIBOT uses technologies like a waterproof microphone system, underwater camera, elastic pipe with internal vacuum, and sensors to catch fish faster and reduce overfishing. It has advantages like faster fishing, reducing overfishing, and catching large numbers of fish at once but disadvantages like encouraging laziness, being expensive, and requiring a large area. The document also briefly describes different traditional and modern fishing methods.
